★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ...marquei tosa e banho para o meu pet para 12:hs e fui buscar as 16hs e ainda não estava pronto , e ninguém sabia explicar e muito menos pediram desculpa . Não sou de vassouras tenho o custo do combustível e a perda do tempo perdido mais ainda o estresse do pet..fica aqui a minha indignação pelo não serviço prestado e não levo mais e não indico ninguém...
Terrible ... I booked grooming and bathing for my pet for 12: 00 pm and went to pick up at 4:00 pm and it still wasn't ready, and nobody knew how to explain it, much less apologized. I am not a broom, I have the cost of fuel and the loss of lost time, even more the pet's stress.
