Depois da minha reclamação, o dono entrou em contato comigo e ofereceu devolver dinheiro e refazer o trabalho. Observação, a pessoa que lavou a cachorra não era o dono. Levei para lá de novo. Desta vez tudo está perfeito: cachorra branca, bem lavada e secada. Espero sempre receber este nível de serviço.
Before I had written: The people who work there are very kind, but the service sucks. I took the white dog to shower and brush. Result: poorly washed dog with damp hair, not brushed.
After my complaint, the owner contacted me and offered to return money and redo the work. Notice, the person who washed the dog was not the owner. I took it there again. This time everything is perfect: white dog, well washed and dried. I always hope to receive this level of service.
