★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem palavras para esse lugar, simplesmente MARAVILHOSO, sempre tive dificuldades em achar pet shop para meu cachorro, pois ele sempre foi muito arisco e desconfiado, e pela primeira vez meu pet foi bem atendido, o rapaz que pegou ele para dar banho chamado Abner, conseguiu fazer coisa que em 6 anos nunca conseguimos com ele! Então deixo aqui minha admiração por todos que acolheram ele, e me tranquilizaram, agradeço aos donos que super me entenderam e me explicaram tudo! Pet shop 10.

Hoje pela segunda vez fui ao estabelecimento executar um serviço de banho e tosa higiênica no meu cachorro, na primeira vez tive um atendimento excelente por parte da colaboradora Vanessa, hoje colocaram outro profissional para atender o cachorro (não me oponho a isso), executaram um trabalho totalmente diferente do da primeira vez, abriram uma cratera na região do bumbum do meu cachorro, sendo que pedi para abrir pouco.
Resumo da ópera, o estabelecimento não sabe lidar com feedbacks negativos, teimam que o cliente está errado e que não foi avisado, algo que faz zero sentido.
Não recomendo o serviço do espaço.

Ele volta com um cheiro tão maravilhoso que dá vontade de guarda ele em uma caixinha pra ele não se sujar rs Sem falar que eu fico grudada cheirando ele toda hora , porque realmente sem palavras é um cheiro mais que maravilhoso... A Todos da Equipe Pet Moretti meus Parabéns pelo ótimo trabalho , tanto com meu BB , quanto no atendimento pelo ZAP Vcs são nota 1000 ??❤️ Que Deus abençoe Grandemente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOIS ATENDIMENTOS PÉSSIMOS, a primeira foi feito uma tosa na minha cachorrinha que parecia que ela estava doente, tive que voltar no pet para refazerem a tosa (lembrando que nesse mesmo dia a minha cachorra fugiu do pet, ela saiu correndo e como a porta estava aberta ela correu pela rua até me encontrar, correndo grande risco de vida já que as ruas são bem movimentadas) a segunda experiência péssima foi sobre a vacinação, em contato por Whats me informaram que as vacinas estavam em um valor de 60 reais cada, totalizando 120 as duas, levei minha cachorrinha e após ela estar vacinada me cobraram 215 reais, foi questionado no momento do pagamento e informaram que era 120 cada vacina, portanto o valor continuava divergente pois deveria ser 240 reais as duas e não 215,00… enfim, tenho tudo documentado, fotos e prints, longe de ser um pet profissional, não sabem esclarecer os valores e não assumem a responsabilidade do erro, quando questionados só enrolam e o cliente continua no prejuízo, precisam aprender muito sobre atendimento ao cliente.
