â â â â â Levei meu gato persa para tosa e foi a pior experiĂȘncia, logo que meu esposo chegou com ele percebi que estava com sangue pisado no pescoço e atrĂĄs da orelha, atĂ© entendi pois imagino ser difĂcil realizar a tosa jĂĄ que Ă© um animal bem peludo, limpei os dois locais com algodĂŁo e soro, apliquei Nebacetin para cicatrizar, hoje 3 dias depois estĂĄ em carne viva, entrei em contato com o estabelecimento que nega ter machucado o gato, porĂ©m ficaram extremamente preocupados quando comuniquei que iria postar as fotos e relatar a minha pĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia com o local, alegando que eu estaria "difamando" o estabelecimento, ao invĂ©s de melhorar seus cuidados para que nĂŁo ocorra novamente com outros animais!!!! Depois, atĂ© me enviou uma foto que tirou exatamente do local que estĂĄ machucado, estranho nĂ©, parece que jĂĄ estava querendo se garantir de que nĂŁo fez nada errado!!!! E outra coisa, colocou a bandana deixando os pelinhos mais fofos e disfarçou bem o corte.
NĂŁo agiu com transparĂȘncia, poderia ter explicado o que ouve no momento que meu esposo foi buscar o gato, mas nĂŁo, nĂŁo comentou absolutamente nada!!! Enfim, ficou como aprendizado para nunca mais!!!
A primeira foto é como o gato estå hoje e a segunda foto me enviaram depois que reclamei, achando que com isso provam que não cortaram o gato!!! Outra observação é que ele veio extremamente assustado, sabe Deus o que fizeram com ele!!!
I took my Persian cat for a grooming and it was the worst experience, as soon as my husband arrived with him I realized he had blood on his neck and behind his ear, I even understood it because I imagine it would be difficult to groom him since he is a very hairy animal, I cleaned the two places with cotton and serum, I applied Nebacetin to heal, today 3 days later it is raw, I contacted the establishment that denies having hurt the cat, but they were extremely worried when I announced that I would post the photos and report my bad experience with the place, claiming that I would be "defaming" the establishment, instead of improving their care so that it doesn't happen again with other animals !!!! Then, he even sent me a photo that he took exactly from the place that was hurt, strange, you know, it seems that he was already trying to make sure he did nothing wrong !!!! And another thing, put on the bandana leaving the fur more fluffy and disguised the cut well.
He did not act transparently, he could have explained what he heard when my husband went to get the cat, but no, he didn't comment at all !!! Anyway, it was like learning never again !!!
The first photo is how the cat is today and the second photo sent me after I complained, thinking that with this they prove that they did not cut the cat !!! Another observation is that he came extremely scared, God knows what they did to him !!!
