★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dia eu entrei nesse local, apenas para comprar um produto, e havia um homem com vários cachorros para tosar. No momento que entrei ele estava agarrando e puxando um cachorro através dos pelos para que ele ficasse quieto. Nesse mesmo instante ele segurou o cachorro pelo fosinho e deu palavra de ordem para que ficasse quieto. Não gostei desse tratamento. A partir daí não voltei mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei duas cachorras para banho e tosa, uma delas tinha passado por cirurgia e como estava de alta achei conveniente levar no Pets Pois os comentários eram bons, informei e solicitei que tivessem atenção ao fato, porém foram negligentes colocando a minha cachorra presa, já no início da toda ela quase despencou da mesa por falta de cuidado, tentei deixar para lá porque por ser a Golden , mas após o banho, na secagem, uma brutalidade, a pobrezinha se esfregando no vidro de medo do funcionário que seguia na secagem sem se preocupar com o fato dela estar caindo da mesa , se machucando, tentei me afastar para ver se a cachorra ficava mais tranquila e de longe vi ela com o pescoço preso e o funcionário nem aí, imediatamente pedi para minha filha que interromper o serviço e trouxemos a Godensem finalizar e ainda minha filha teve que assinar um termo que quis tirar a cachorra molhada ainda, um absurdo total, oferecem um serviço de péssima qualidade, eu imaginose não tivéssemos oportunidade de ver o anjo, o que será que fariam, cancelamos o banho da outra cachorrinha, pagamos o da Golden e nunca mais entro nessa loja ou em qualquer outra dessa rede, uma Vergonha.
