★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é muito bom são atenciosos, o problema se dar por conta de não pedirem autorização prévia aos donos dos pets sobre serviços extras, como pentear ou tirar nó enfim... cobrando depois taxas extra, sem o prévio aviso de que foi ou será feito algum serviço extra, hoje exclusivamente 28/05/2019 só posso dizer que perderam um cliente.
Attention is very good, they are attentive, the problem is that they do not ask for prior authorization from the owners of the pets about extra services, such as combing or pulling the knot ... then charging extra fees without the previous notice that it was or will be done some extra service, today exclusively 05/28/2019 can only say that they have lost a customer.
