★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo. Limpo e organizado o pessoal atencioso e aquele espaço onde ficam os animais faz toda a diferença!! Esse negócio de botar meu cachorrinho dentro de uma sala sem eu ver o que está acontecendo né coisa boa não ? já passei por esse trauma em outro pet aí de feira e foi horrível.
 I recommend. Clean and organized, attentive staff and that space where the animals are makes all the difference !! This thing about putting my puppy in a room without me seeing what's going on, right, no good thing ? I already went through this trauma in another pet at the fair and it was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente climatizado, bom atendimento, som e água para o cliente relaxar enquanto escolhe os produtos ou espera o animal tosa, sem contar que ainda tem consultório.
Air-conditioned environment, good service, sound and water for the client to relax while choosing the products or waiting for the animal to be groomed, not to mention that it still has an office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou no PET SHOP da Getúlio Vargas desde que abriu, tanto para cuidar dos meus gatos quanto para comprar um insumos necessários. O atendimento é ótimo tanto dos meninos que ficam na parte da loja quanto dos veterinários, em especial o veterinário Rodrigo. Ja fui também na loja da João Durval e o atendimento é maravilhoso. E o preço da areia? Muito bom!!!
I've been going to Getúlio Vargas' PET SHOP since it opened, both to take care of my cats and to buy necessary supplies. The service is great both from the boys who stay in the store and from the veterinarians, especially the veterinarian Rodrigo. I've also been to João Durval's store and the service is wonderful. And the price of sand? Very good!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito negativa. Foi a primeira vez que levei meu pet para banho e tosa no local. Liguei no dia anterior para saber que horas abriam e cheguei antes das 08:00 porque a tarde iria viajar. Ao pegar meu pet as 11:00 percebi que não haviam realizado a tosa higiênica, como solicitado. Fui informado que poderia levar a tarde que eles liberariam no mesmo momento. Fui as 12:50, eles informaram que só poderiam atender as 14:00, porque não tinha ninguém para atender. Como vou viajar, obviamente isso não vai ser possível. Perda de tempo, dinheiro (já que vou ter que levar em outro local) e desgaste emocional para lidar com um atendimento ruim e ineficiente. Não indico!
Very negative experience. It was the first time I took my pet for a bath and grooming at the place. I called the day before to find out what time they opened and I arrived before 08:00 because the afternoon would travel. When picking up my pet at 11:00 I realized that they had not performed the hygienic grooming, as requested. I was told it could take the afternoon they would release at the same time. I went at 12:50, they informed that they could only attend at 14:00, because there was no one to attend. As I'm going to travel, obviously that won't be possible. Waste of time, money (since I'll have to take it elsewhere) and emotional exhaustion to deal with a bad and inefficient service. I don't indicate!
