★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entreguei meu pet ás 14:30 e enviei a foto de como eu queria. As 17:30 enviei mensagens perguntando se já teriam terminado e nada de me responderem, tentei ligar diversas vezes e todas com chamadas rejeitadas, responderam somente ás 18:30 alegando que a tosa que eu escolhi era muito difícil e por este motivo demorou. Entregaram ele ás 19hrs e não estava nem parecido com a foto enviada, reclamei via whatsapp e nem sequer deram o trabalho de responder. Enfim, não indico, fiquei super preocupada, não tosaram do jeito que eu queria e colocaram um perfume tão forte nele que eu nem aguentei ficar com ele no colo.
I delivered my pet at 2:30 pm and sent the photo of how I wanted it. At 5:30 pm I sent messages asking if they had finished and they didn't answer me, I tried to call several times and all with rejected calls, they answered only at 6:30 pm claiming that the grooming I chose was very difficult and for this reason it took a while. They delivered it at 7 pm and it didn't even look like the photo sent, I complained via whatsapp and they didn't even bother to respond. Anyway, I don't recommend it, I was super worried, they didn't shave the way I wanted and they put such a strong perfume on it that I couldn't even keep it on my lap.
