Depois entraram em contato mais duas vezes alterando o valor do orçamento para cima alegando que passaram valores errados, esqueceram de algo e etc. JĂĄ tinha fechado o serviço com eles e eles alterando os valores.
Pedi uma explicação dessa constante alteração de valores, obviamente causada pela grande procura no fim do ano e fui ignorada. Pedi para me ligarem para explicar e simplesmente ignoraram.
Em resumo, o atendimento não é lå essas coisas não. Não sabem lidar com clientes. Claramente me vi numa situação de quem paga mais leva. Um serviço tabelado com preço de leilão. Aliås, um serviço jå fechado com preço de leilão.
Everyone in town talks about this petshop, but with me the experience was not good. I woke up a service by whats and received a quote. Then they got in touch twice more, changing the budget amount up, claiming that they passed wrong amounts, forgot something, etc. I had already closed the service with them and they changed the values.
I asked for an explanation of this constant change in values, obviously caused by the high demand at the end of the year and was ignored. I asked them to call me to explain and they just ignored it.
In short, the service isn't there. They don't know how to deal with customers. Clearly I found myself in a situation where pays more, gets more. A service with an auction price. In fact, a service already closed with auction price.
