★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de atendimento. Moro em Perdizes há 20 anos e nunca vi um petshop tratar os clientes do bairro assim. Se o cliente eles mal tratam, imagino o que fazem com os bichinhos quando a gente vira as costas.
Com certeza o pior petshop do bairro!!!!!
A waste of care. I live in Perdizes for 20 years and have never seen a petshop treat neighborhood customers like that. If the customer they treat badly, I wonder what they do with the animals when we turn our backs.
For sure the worst petshop in the neighborhood !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem creche por 4 horas quando levo pra dar banho e o preço é justo. Meu cachorro fica com o pelo super macio. Recomendo.
There is a nursery for 4 hours when I take a shower and the price is fair. My dog gets super soft hair. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para perguntar preço médio, disse que estava pesquisando no bairro para colocar minha cachorrinha. E me responderam: se vc esta focada em preço sugiro que procure uma petshop comum que seja focada em volume, não qualidade.
Gente parece piada!! Achei totalmente ofensivo e desnecessario, poderia apenas ter dito "nao passamos preço por telefone". Nao fazer esse teatro enorme de quem ta ofendida por não ser a primeira e única opção!! Mais humildade e educação! Pelo jeito não ta precisando de cliente
I called to ask for average price, said I was researching the neighborhood to put my dog. And they answered: if you are focused on price I suggest you look for a common petshop that is focused on volume, not quality.
People look like a joke !! I found it totally offensive and unnecessary, I could have just said "we don't pass the price over the phone". Do not make this huge theater of those who are offended for not being the first and only option !! More humility and education! Apparently you don't need a client

O único lugar que encontrei um banho tão especial com produtos naturais e serviço efetuado com carinho e paciência, respeitando o perfil de cada animalzinho.
Tenho duas cachorrinhas mais idosas, e duas gatinhas adotadas bebês. Os serviços tem características diferenciadas do petshops normais.
Vale a pena visitar e experimentar os serviços, super recomendo toda a equipe da AmigosDDC, obrigada por cuidar tão bem das minhas meninas !
Excellent service, very nice place and the services are great.
The only place I found such a special bath with natural products and service done with care and patience, respecting the profile of each animal.
I have two older puppies, and two adopted baby kittens. Services have different characteristics from normal petshops.
It is worth visiting and trying the services, I highly recommend the entire team of AmigosDDC, thank you for taking such good care of my girls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandava minha cachorrinha sempre, mas voltou as duas últimas vezes com pulgas, ao informar o pet shop eles ignoraram a mensagem e depois de uns dias insistiram em mandar propaganda para voltar a levar a cachorra pro banho, repeti a história e me perguntaram se podiam me ligar, só não entendi para qual fim, visto que toda a história ja foi informada anteriormente por mensagem. Eu considerava o atendimento muito bom, mas infelizmente fica apenas nos diminutivos e falso atendimento prestativo ao cliente. Infelizmente a atendente também mudou e houve conflito nos valores de uma semana para outra. Muito triste, um lugar de muita confiança anteriormente que hoje não levo mais minha cachorra nem que me paguem. Também não recomendo, ninguém merece.
I always sent my dog, but it came back the last two times with fleas, when informing the pet shop they ignored the message and after a few days they insisted on sending the advertisement to take the dog back to the bath, I repeated the story and asked if they could call, I just didn't understand for what purpose, since the whole story has been previously informed by message. I considered the service to be very good, but unfortunately it's just diminutives and false customer service. Unfortunately, the attendant also changed and there was a conflict in values from one week to another. Very sad, a place of great trust before that today I no longer take my dog even if they pay me. I don't recommend it either, nobody deserves it.

Muito cuidadosos e voltou cheirosa demais.
Great service, I left my dog to bathe and spend the day at the daycare, they attended to pick me up until 7 pm.
Very careful and came back too fragrant.
