★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei! Da primeira em que estive no pet shop foi por indicação de uma amiga, gostei do atendimento que deram para minha cachorro, por isso resolvi voltar. Mas para minha grande surpresa,
Hanna não obteve o mesmo tratamento da primeira vez. Cheguei do serviço, passei no pet shop para marcar um horário para minha cachorra e a proprietária marcou às 09:30, e me garantiu que não havia mais nenhum cachorro na frente dela, levei Hanna para o banho um pouco antes do horário marcado. Antes de qualquer banho em pet shop aviso que minha cachorra é medrosa, assustada por isso requer um pouco mais de cuidado. Deram o banho nela e eu pensei que já iriam secar com o assoprador, mas para minha surpresa chegaram dois cachorros para banho e deixaram a Hanna em uma máquina que dizem que era para secar ela com mais tranquilidade, fora que na hora de colocar ela dentro desse aparelho, colocaram ela com brutalidade pois como relatei ela é medrosa e não queria entrar na caixa, porém eu acho que qualquer procedimento diferente que vc ou seu pet estejam acostumado, deve ser informado antes de ser realizado. Deram banho nos dois cachorros que chegaram depois da minha, e eu cheguei a argumentar, mas a proprietária me disse que era para o bem dela e blá blá, percebi que a minha cachorra saiu um pouco mais agitada dessa caixa que era para secá-la com mais "tranquilidade ", enfim dessa vez realmente não gostei do atendimento!!!
