★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pelo telefone, para levar minha cachorra tomar banho, informei que erra uma Chow chow, me passaram valores do banho, desloquei até o Petshop chegando lá disseram que não dão banho em Chow Chow, Falta de compromisso.
 I got in touch by phone, to take my dog to bathe, I informed her that a Chow chow was wrong, I was given bath values, I went to the Petshop and got there, they said they don't bathe in Chow Chow, Lack of commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca mais! Levaram minha cachorra cedo e tivemos q ligar pra saber o pq da demora e ainda falaram q já estavam indo fechar, e iam deixar ela lá pq não estavam conseguindo entrar em contato comigo, acho q a obrigação é trazer de volta. Primeira vez q foi e nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Não tem respeito com os clientes não tem amor com os dogs. Faz serviço sem autorização do cliente. Cortou o bigode da minha cachorrinha e quando fui falar me chamou de mentirosa. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Minhas cachorrinhas voltaram com medo e muita assustada desse pet.
Horrible! No respect for customers, no love for dogs. Service without customer authorization. He cut my dog's mustache and when I went to talk he called me a liar. I don't recommend it to anyone. My puppies came back scared and very scared of this pet.
