Isso é PIADA, né?

I just went to this establishment and, in the 21st century, THEY JUST DON'T ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS; even when I took out the card to pay, the owner looked at me as if I was trying to pay with a bad check.
This is JOKE, right?
HELL, FEDERAL REVENUE: ATTENTION; does not accepting electronic payment facilitate a possible evasion?
