Amo o trabalho que a equipe do Pet Shop Bicho Fofo faz. Eles são amorosos e muito cuidadosos, e se acontece algo na tosa ou no banho na hora eles me ligam, tiram foto, me orientam em tudo.
Tenho uma shitzu e sinceramente, ninguém cuida tão bem como eles, e olha que já levei em outros pets da região. Eu tinha uma poodle também e sempre foi amada e bem tratada.
O que gosto mais neste pet é a percepção que eles tem de cada animalzinho e suas necessidades, a minha por exemplo tem muito pelos nos olhos e recentemente fez um cirurgia nessa região então o cuidado é em dobro.
Parabéns a equipe deste pet, desejo sucesso e muitos clientes pets rs

I love the work that the Pet Shop Bicho Fofo team does. They are loving and very careful, and if something happens when grooming or bathing, they call me, take a picture, guide me in everything.
I have a shitzu and honestly, no one takes care as well as they do, and look, I've taken it to other pets in the region. I had a poodle too and was always loved and cared for.
What I like most about this pet is the perception they have of each little animal and its needs, mine for example has a lot of hair in the eyes and recently had surgery in this region so the care is double.
Congratulations to this pet's team, I wish you success and many pet customers lol

Na primeira, a espera foi de uma média de 4 horas para um banho e toda baby na tesoura, mas ficou muito boa, percebi que gostam de animais. Mas a experiência de hoje foi traumatizante. Deixei meu cachorro às 9:05 para um BANHO + TOSA HIGIÊNICA e voltei para buscá-lo às 12h. Primeiro me informaram que ele ainda iria entrar no banho, estranhei pelo tempo. Depois que falaram que tinham 2 cachorros com o mesmo nome, me assustei. Aí pedi para vê-lo e não achamos nas nas gaiolas. DETALHE: tinham uns 12 shiitzu, ou seja, quase tudo igual. Quando olho para a mesa de tosa, tinha um cachorrinho "igualzinho" o meu, mas TODO TOSADO!! TODO!! A MÁQUINA!! Perguntei qual era o nome dele e me informaram outro (Lucky) aí eu cheguei mais perto e reconheci, era o MEU!! Trocaram as fichas, e TOSARAM MEU CACHORRO INTEIRO! Se desculparam, não paguei, mas entendam: eu queria pagar pelo serviço que eu pedi.. Minha filha ficou arrasada, saímos chorando de lá, meu cachorro está triste e mais: gastei uma fortuna de shampoo, condicionador, hidratante para manter oe pelos dele (mais do que gasto com o meu cabelo) para trocarem as fichas e RASPAREM A MÁQUINA ele. Fiquei decepcionada e preocupada.. Porque demoraram muito para achá-lo e descobrir que tinham trocado as fichas.. Quem me garante que não poderiam trocar os cachorros?? Bom, valeu a experiência, mas agora só levo em lugar com hora marcada para eu esperar e supervisionar o trabalho!

I did not pay, but understand: I wanted to pay for the service I asked for. (more than I spend with my hair) to change the chips and SCRATCH THE MACHINE it. I was disappointed and worried .. Because they took so long to find it and find out that they had changed the chips .. Who guarantees me that they could not change the dogs ?? Well, it was worth the experience, but now I only take it in by appointment so I can wait and supervise the work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente com seriedade, empolgação e todo amor ao pet. O trabalho realizado com o pet é realmente satisfatório, outro petshop havia me dito que precisaria raspar o meu ilhasa alegando que o pelo estava muito ruim,e me reclamaram 1 kilo de coisas...Aí mandei no bicho fofo,não ouvi reclamações,eles cuidaram do pet, e deixaram o pelo do pet lindo com uma hidratação de Argan,coisa que a concorrência não conseguia fazer,deixar o pelo bem bonito. Fechei um pacote de cronograma capilar pois vi que vale a pena. O pagar mais barato, as vezes sai mais caro.

Ela não conseguia abrir o olho, e eu descobri que ao tosar a parte dos olhos, bateram a tesoura no olho dela!!!! Estou muito triste, pois gostava muito desse pet shop, mas agora não vou mais levar!!! Fica a dica!!!

Deram banho no meu cachorro,me trouxeram ele ao chegar não senti nenhum cheiro de perfume ou shampoo.
Mandei msg no WhatsApp perguntando eles visualizaram e nem me deram um retorno.
