Só falta um pouco mais de gentileza e simpatia da atendente do balcão da clínica. Mas no todo é uma empresa muito boa.
The vet and surgeon are excellent professionals!
It just needs a little more kindness and sympathy from the clerk at the clinic counter. But overall it is a very good company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senhora que atendeu fez um questionário enorme, pediu nome, sobrenome, endereço, CEP, telefone, forma de pagamento, paea somente depois dizer qu levariam 3 horas para entregar! Péssimo! Não Recomendo, a não ser que queira fazer currículo e esperar 3 horas!
The lady who answered made a huge questionnaire, asked for name, surname, address, zip code, telephone, payment method, pa and only after saying that it would take 3 hours to deliver! Terrible! I do not recommend, unless you want to make a resume and wait 3 hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do pet shop quando é um jovem é ótimo, educado e simpático, quando é um senhor, nem sempre é simpático. Quanto a clínica veterinária o formato é muito confuso, você desce e tem o banho e tosa onde a recepcionista é completamente mal educada, de cara feia, não te dá atenção, não te passa nenhuma informação, te deixa lá parada com cara de tonta. A veterinária Carolina nos atendeu bem, aparentemente foi tudo ok, mas comparado a outros locais o valor da vacina está elevado.
The pet shop's service when it's a young person is great, polite and friendly, when it's a gentleman, it's not always friendly. As for the veterinary clinic, the format is very confusing, you go down and have the bath and grooming where the receptionist is completely rude, with an ugly face, doesn't pay you any attention, doesn't give you any information, leaves you standing there looking dizzy. The veterinarian Carolina took care of us well, apparently everything was ok, but compared to other places the value of the vaccine is high.
