O primeiro atendimento foi muito bom, porém tosaram a parte interna da orelha, o q causou muita irritação, além disso na região do pescoço tbm tivemos um processo alérgico, acredito seja pelo uso de algum perfume. Enfim, depois de muita conversa, encaminharam uma veterinária em minha residência para avaliá-lo e prescrever as medicações.

The first service was very good, but the inner part of the ear was trimmed, which caused a lot of irritation, moreover in the neck area we also had an allergic process, I believe it is due to the use of some perfume. Anyway, after a lot of conversation, a veterinarian was referred to my home to evaluate him and prescribe the medications.
