★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falei para veterinária que minha filhote estava tendo uns episódios estranhos, ela nem ligou.
Descobri que ela tem convulsões, levei em outro veterinário, que me pediu para filmar quando isso ocorrer, e fiz exatamente como pediu e então descobri que ela tem convulsões.
A veterinária nem deu bola para o que comentei com ela, não gostei dessa atitude.
Por isso não retorno mais a clínica!
Menos um cliente para vcs!!!
 I told the vet that my puppy was having some strange episodes, she didn't even care.
I found out that she has seizures, I took her to another vet, who asked me to film when that happens, and I did exactly as she asked and then I found out that she has seizures.
The vet didn't even care what I said to her, I didn't like that attitude.
That's why I don't return to the clinic anymore!
One less customer for you !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha tia foi atendida pela dra.natalia e ela foi super grossa,o cachorro da minha tia tinha 16 anos e 6 meses, a dra.natalia disse que minha tia deveria ter cuidado melhor do cachorro e que ela deveria ter trazido o cachorro antes ,o cachorro tava muito doente decidimos sacrificado pois estava sofrendo,a doutora Natália é péssimas,já as outras doutoras são ótimas e atenciosas,deveriam demitir a dra.natalia

Castration is very expensive, and when my kitten returned to the vet I had not removed the needle catheter in it, absurd! I don't recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento das recepcionistas é horrível especialmente o da NAYARA, o horário de atendimento das redes sociais está marcando ás 8;30 hrs e só começam atender ás 09;00hrs e eu fui falar para a recepcionista e ela foi super mal educada e ignorante comigo, e começou a falar mal de mim para os outros funcionários e ficou falando que era filha do dono, minha cachorra foi para o banho e tosa e voltou cheia de pulgas e carrapatos, não indico esse lugar para ninguém !!!!, funcionários mal educados e ignorantes . Somente o atendimento da Dra Sabrina e Luciana são ótimos.
Receptionists' service is horrible especially NAYARA's, the social network's opening hours are at 8; 30 hrs and they only start to answer at 9; 00hrs and I went to speak to the receptionist and she was super rude and ignorant with me, and she started talking badly about me to the other employees and kept saying that she was the owner's daughter, my dog went to the bath and groomed and came back full of fleas and ticks, I don't recommend this place to anyone !!!! ignorant. Only the assistance of Dr. Sabrina and Luciana are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o lugar! Veterinários atenciosos e experientes. Atendentes simpáticos e educados. Eu e meu animal fomos bem atendidos e o problema da minha cadelinha foi resolvido.
I loved the place! Attentive and experienced veterinarians. Friendly and polite attendants. My pet and I were well taken care of and my dog's problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia que precisei do atendimento da clínica, não tive! Meu cachorro havia comido chumbinho e essa clínica era a mais próxima da minha casa. Fomos desesperadamente até lá e quando chegamos, não quiseram atender, pq faltava 5 minutos para eles fecharem (sendo que meu cachorro não ficava em pé e estava vomitando). Tivemos que sair do JPD e ir até o Pimentas para conseguir um atendimento a tempo de não acontecer algo pior com meu cachorro.
The day I needed the clinic's care, I didn't have it! My dog had eaten pellets and this clinic was the closest to my house. We went there desperately and when we arrived, they didn't want to answer, because there were 5 minutes left for them to close (my dog couldn't stand up and was vomiting). We had to leave JPD and go to Pimentas to get an appointment in time to prevent something worse from happening to my dog.
