A nova tosadora (Clara) é nitidamente inexperiente porém afirma que é bem "chata e detalhista" no trabalho dela, o que não impediu que o meu cachorro voltasse com machucados causados pela lâmina da máquina e com uma tosa muito mal feita, sob a alegação de que "ele é muito agitado".
Estranhamente, no pet shop concorrente nunca houve problemas dessa natureza e ao contrário do que a tosadora Clara insinuou, o concorrente não da sedativo para o meu cachorro (chega a ser ridícula tal afirmação) e inclusive eles permitem que os donos acompanhem o banho e a tosa.
Values are always higher than competing pets. The new groomer (Clara) is clearly inexperienced but says that she is very "boring and detailed" in her work, which did not prevent my dog from returning with injuries caused by the blade of the machine and with a very bad grooming, under the allegation that "he is very agitated".
Strangely, in the competing pet shop there were never any problems of this nature and contrary to what the groomer Clara hinted, the competitor does not give sedative to my dog (this is quite ridiculous) and they even allow owners to follow the bath and the tosa.
