★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Sempre levei minhas cachorras lá mas há cerca de um ano atrás tive uma experiência péssima. Levei minha cachorra em um feriado onde iam funcionar só por meio período e tanto o proprietário quanto o tosador não estavam com a habitual simpátia e bom humor de sempre. Eu fui o último cliente do dia e quando fui buscar minha cachorra ela estava quente, pegando fogo e com cheiro de pelo queimado. Aí caiu a ficha: Eles estavam com raiva porque queriam fechar mais cedo e aí tacaram o secador na minha cachorra e quase cozinharam a coitada. Se você não quer trabalhar no feriado, é melhor não abrir seu negócio do que ficar com raiva do cliente e descontar em um animal inocente. Nunca mais. Agora eu só levo no pet shop do Walmart que eu vejo o que estão fazendo ou eu mesmo que dou banho, fica a dica.
I do not recommend. I always took my dogs there but about a year ago I had a bad experience. I took my dog on a holiday where they were only going to work part time and both the owner and the groomer were not in the usual friendly and good mood. I was the last customer of the day and when I went to get my dog she was hot, on fire and smelled of burnt hair. Then the plug fell: They were angry because they wanted to close earlier and then they threw the dryer on my dog and almost cooked the poor thing. If you don't want to work on the holiday, it is better not to open your business than to be angry with the customer and take it out on an innocent animal. Never. Now I only take them to the Walmart pet store and I see what they are doing or I even bathe myself, here's the tip.
