O site dava dois dias úteis de prazo para a entrega, mas eu precisava do medicamento com urgência, então enviei uma mensagem para eles pedindo se poderiam enviar o medicamento o quanto antes, a loja logo me respondeu com muita atenção e disse que postariam o produto naquele mesmo dia, e assim foi, no dia seguinte já recebi o produto. Muito satisfeita com o atendimento e a atenção recebida!!!
I placed an order online through shoptime, which the store is a partner of. The website gave two business days for delivery, but I needed the medicine urgently, so I sent them a message asking if they could send the medicine as soon as possible, the store responded very attentively and said they would post the product that same day, and so it was, the next day I received the product. Very satisfied with the service and attention received!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um pacote de ração de 7,5kg via site da Americanas e este estabelecimento agiu com má fé me enviando um produto com menos de 3 meses de vencimento, o que é impossível para meu gato consumir deve ter pelo menos 5 meses, entrei em contato para a troca e me trataram como se a culpa fosse minha.
É dever da empresa informar no anúncio produtos próximo ao vencimento ou perguntar para o comprador. Não índico!
I made a purchase of a 7.5kg food package via the Americanas website and this establishment acted in bad faith by sending me a product with less than 3 months of expiration date, which is impossible for my cat to consume must be at least 5 months old, I contacted for the exchange and they treated me as if it was my fault.
It is the company's duty to inform the advertisement of products close to expiration or ask the buyer. Not Indian!

Agora tenho minha American Bully ( Turquesa ) continuo levando ambos para os respectivos atendimento com a veterinária. Excelente profissional

Comprei 24 caixas desse produto pois possuo 6 gatos. Utilizei 6 caixas na primeira aplicação e após cerca de 20 dias utilizei mais 6 caixas na segunda aplicação. O produto não funcionou. 0% de eficácia. Solicitei o cancelamento pelo portal das lojas Americanas mas foi negado pois havia se passado o período de 7 dias. Entrei em contato com a loja física, responsável pela venda. Falei com o Fiori. O mesmo me orientou a tentar entrar em contato com o laboratório responsável pela fabricação com o veneno. Ou seja, a empresa "AVICULTURA FIORE LOPES LTDA" vende produtos com qualidade questionável e no momento do pós venda apenas orientam os clientes a procurarem os fabricantes pois eles "não podem fazer nada". Péssima experiência tive com essa empresa. Não recomendo. Deixando o meu relato e prejuízo de R$ 473,42 para que vocês pensem duas vezes antes de fazer negócio com esse estabelecimento/laboratório.

I bought 24 boxes of this product because I have 6 cats. I used 6 boxes in the first application and after about 20 days I used 6 more boxes in the second application. The product did not work. 0% effectiveness. I requested the cancellation through the Americanas store portal but it was denied because the period of 7 days had passed. I got in touch with the physical store, responsible for the sale. I spoke with Fiori. The same guided me to try to get in contact with the laboratory responsible for manufacturing the poison. In other words, the company "AVICULTURA FIORE LOPES LTDA" sells products with questionable quality and, at the time of post-sale, they only guide customers to look for the manufacturers because they "can't do anything". Bad experience I had with this company. I do not recommend. Leaving my report and loss of R$ 473.42 for you to think twice before doing business with this establishment/laboratory.
