★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre levei meu gato lá para tomar banho e nunca deu problema .A última vez eles foram tosar e acabaram cortando a patinha dele. O lugar estava lotado de cachorros e para gato não é legal. Ligaram no outro dia perguntando como estava. A única coisa que não gostei foi o procedimento, não fizeram um curativo, não solicitaram que um profissional avaliasse. Mas fora isso o atendimento é razoável.
Deixo uma sugestão, como alguns dos pets fazem. Deixe um horário ou um dia para banho em gatos ou que não esteja cheio de cachorros.
I always took my cat there to bathe and it was never a problem. The last time they went to shear and ended up cutting off his paw. The place was full of dogs and for cats it is not cool. They called the other day asking how it was. The only thing I didn’t like was the procedure, they didn’t dress, didn’t ask a professional to evaluate it. But other than that, the service is reasonable.
I leave a suggestion, as some of the pets do. Leave a time or day for bathing cats or one that is not full of dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petshop com profissionais e estrutura de péssima qualidade, pela segunda vez levei meu cachorro para tomar banho e ele retorna com o saco machucado, liguei para conversar com a responsável e foi totalmente despreparada.
Única coisa que que a empresa fez foi tentar justificar o erro mas não apresentaram uma solução e nem mesmo um plano de ação para que não aconteça com outros animais.
NÃO LEVE SEU BICHINHO NESTE LUGAR!
Petshop with professionals and poor quality structure, for the second time I took my dog to bathe and he returns with the injured bag, I called to talk to the person in charge and was totally unprepared.
The only thing the company did was try to justify the error, but they didn't present a solution or even an action plan so that it doesn't happen to other animals.
DON'T TAKE YOUR PET IN THIS PLACE!
