★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorrinha toma banho no Misacão a 5 anos, sempre foi muito bem cuidada por todos, com muito carinho, e amor com nossos filhos de patas, todos muito competente e atenciosos, zero reclamação, até eu que não sou profissional da área sei que é impossível o cachorro ir tomar banho sem nó e voltar com nós, é cada uma.
My little dog has been bathing in Misacão for 5 years, has always been very well taken care of by everyone, with great affection, and love with our children with paws, all very competent and attentive, zero complaints, even I who am not a professional in the area know it is impossible for the dog to go take a bath without a knot and come back with us, it's each one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei minha Yorkshire ontem para banho e tosa higiênica , ela voltou pior do que foi … Única diferença um pouco mais cheirosa . Quem tiver York não deem banho nesse Pet , entrei em contato nd foi feito , ainda repicaram toda franjinha dela alegando q era os olhos . Moça que falou comigo deu a opção de pegar ela novamente , só se fosse p colocar os pelos que retiraram sem o meu consentimento .Além disso hj quando fui escovar o pelo dela tinhas 5 nò , sendo que escovo ela tds os dias . Ela foi p Pet sem nò , voltou c 5 e td bagunçada. Decepção . Perderam um cliente .
I sent my Yorkshire Terrier yesterday for a bath and hygienic grooming, she came back worse than she was… Only difference a little more fragrant. Whoever has York don't bathe this Pet, I got in touch and it was done, they still peaked all her fringe claiming it was her eyes. The girl who spoke to me gave the option of picking her up again, only if she was going to put the hair they removed without my consent. Besides, today when I went to brush her hair she was 5 knots, and I brush her every day. She went to Pet without a knot, came back with 5 and all messed up. Disappointment . They lost a customer.

Profissionais maravilhosos! Atendentes mega atenciosos, a moça do cabelo curtinho (lindíssima inclusive) que deu banho nele tem a minha eterna gratidão pela paciência e cuidado! Com certeza recomendo e voltarei logo logo! Vocês são incríveis! Que trabalho impecável! Não tenham dúvidas, levem seus pets sim! Desejo todo o sucesso do mundo para todos os profissionais! Obrigada ao moço que veio buscá-lo também, tem um jeito com cachorros inexplicável! Não dêem ouvidos aos comentários negativos, são pura lorota!
Simply the best pet shop in the region! I took my almost German Shepherd today (28/05/2022) to take a bath, I stayed together because it was the first time and I have nothing but praise! Wonderful professionals! Super attentive attendants, the girl with the short hair (beautiful even) who bathed him has my eternal gratitude for her patience and care! I definitely recommend and will be back soon! You are amazing! What impeccable work! Have no doubts, take your pets yes! I wish all the success in the world to all professionals! Thanks to the guy who came to pick him up too, he has an inexplicable way with dogs! Don't listen to the negative comments, they are pure bullshit!
