★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei minha dog para tomar banho e tosar, fui bem taxativa quando pedir pra não corta o pelo muito baixo, porém, quando ela chegou em casa, além de está com o pelo super baixo ( não ficou bonito) estava com um corte na perninha, por mais que o pessoal do Pet Shop, tenha mandado msg avisando do "corte superficial", não vejo a necessidade de ter cortado o pelo a ponto de corta a pele da dog.
A justificativa do pet foi o pelo embolado, entretanto, se tivessem utilizado outros métodos como creme e rastelo para pentear os pelos, evitaria tamanho transtorno. Muito triste com vocês. Falta extrema de atenção.

The pet's justification was the tangled hair, however, if they had used other methods such as cream and rastelo to comb the hair, it would avoid such a disturbance. Very sad with you. Extreme lack of attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro voltou com carrapato, todo irritado e com a pele machuca. Liguei pro pet e fui informado que ele já chegou lá assim. Mentira da mais mentirosa que eu ouvi. Meu cachorro mora em apto, não sai do apto exceto pra ir ao pet, não tem contato com outros cachorros. Maior decepção, quando eram outros donos, nunca havia tido problema. Resultado , gastei R$ 187,00 num Bravecto pra ele. Nunca mais mandei e mando ele pra ir. Sorte que existem outros pets.
