★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Deixei meu cachorro e saímos, quando voltamos ele estava gritando e chorando muito. Estavam penteando ele a seco, segurando por uma pata só. Foi horrível. Tivemos que pagar a escovação que não chegou a acontecer. Fomos em outro petshop e os mesmos disseram que de forma alguma pode machucar um cachorro assim na escovação, ainda mais a seco. Como você penteia seu cabelo a seco? Ainda mais de um animal que não sabe se defender. O cachorro estava chorando muito ainda, sua pele está muito vermelha e machucada. Estou me sentindo culpada por ter confiado na empresa.
 I do not recommend! I left my dog and we left, when we came back he was screaming and crying a lot. They were combing him dry, holding on to one paw. It was horrible. We had to pay for the brushing that didn't happen. We went to another petshop and they said they can in no way hurt a dog like that in brushing even more dry. How do you comb your hair dry? Even more than one animal that can't defend itself. The dog was still crying a lot, its skin is very red and bruised. I'm feeling guilty about trusting the company.

My Meg loves to take a shower at Nicão, she's super fragrant and is super well treated, she even makes a party to go take a shower.... excellent at what they do, I recommend with her eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um banho com tosa higiênica, me informaram o valor de R$55,00, meu cachorro saiu daqui de casa as 9:50. Às 11h26 me enviaram uma mensagem falando ficou 70,00 eu questionei o pq da diferença e informaram que tinham dado uma hidratação. Detalhe: Não solicitei a hidratação. Eu relutando e dizendo que não pedi esse serviço a funcionária no atendimento pelo whatsapp super mal educada distorcendo tudo que eu falava! Até que me enviam um print da nossa própria conversa onde eu pude notar: nome do meu cachorro “chatinho” e o nome da minha rua. Na hora me questionei e fiquei assustada e pedi pra que me trouxessem ele, apareceram minutos depois forçando que eu aceitasse a hidratação.
Pedi para falar com responsável que ao contrário de se desculpar pelo péssimo atendimento veio me cobrar pelos 70,00.
Péssimo atendimento, péssimo gerenciamento, e se colocam apelidos nos cachorros é de se duvidar o que possam fazer.
Extremamente triste e chateada, pq tenho meu cachorro como se fosse um filho e deixei ele passar por isso.
Não recomendo pra ninguém!
I asked for a bath with a hygienic grooming, they informed me the value of R$55.00, my dog left the house at 9:50. At 11:26 am they sent me a message saying it was 70.00 I questioned the reason for the difference and informed that they had given a hydration. Detail: I did not request hydration. I was reluctant and saying that I didn't ask for this service to the employee in attendance through whatsapp, super rude distorting everything I said! Until they send me a print of our own conversation where I could see it: the name of my “annoying” dog and the name of my street. At the time I questioned myself and got scared and asked them to bring him to me, they appeared minutes later, forcing me to accept hydration.
I asked to speak with a responsible person who, instead of apologizing for the poor service, came to charge me for 70.00.
Bad service, bad management, and if they put nicknames on dogs, it's doubtful what they can do.
Extremely sad and upset, because I have my dog like a child and I let him go through it.
I don't recommend it to anyone!
