★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento usam de propaganda enganosa para ludibriar os clientes, ees colocam uma placa com um determinado valor para os banhos, porem quando você chega lá com seu Pet eles dizem que aquele valor não é para o tamanho do seu Pet, querem te cobrar mais que o dobro do valor que está na placa, no entanto, a mesma não estipula peso ou porte do Pet.
Além do mais, o dono foi completamente desrespeitoso me dizendo que iria gastar muito shampoo para dar banho no meu cachorro, que é de médio a grande porte que eu quisesse eu podia reivindicar os meus direitos ou até mesmo acionar a polícia, porque eu informei a ele que isso se trata de propaganda enganosa e que ele está errado perante o código de defesa do consumidor.
Um estabelecimento desse não está preocupado em garantir ou fidelizar uma boa clientela, uma vez que eu tenho 2 Pets e não me importo em gastar nada, porém só pela resposta desaforada dele eu já não passo mais lá nem na porta. Tenho certeza que assim como eu ele irá perder outros clientes. Até porque eu fui lá por indicação e enho certeza que a pessoa que me indicou já também não vai mais lá.
Bad service use deceptive advertising to deceive customers, and they put a sign with a certain value for the baths, but when you get there with your Pet they say that value is not for the size of your Pet, they want to charge you more than twice the value that is on the plate, however, it does not stipulate the Pet's weight or size.
Furthermore, the owner was completely disrespectful telling me that he would spend a lot of shampoo to bathe my dog, which is medium to large, if I wanted, I could claim my rights or even sue the police, because I informed the police that this is misleading advertising and that he is wrong under the consumer protection code.
Such an establishment is not concerned with guaranteeing or retaining a good clientele, since I have 2 Pets and I don't mind spending anything, but just because of his impudent response I no longer walk by the door. I'm sure that like me he will lose other customers. Especially because I went there by referral and I am sure that the person who referred me is no longer going there either.
