Já frequentava o banho e tosa mas agora virei cliente do veterinário ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui apenas levar meu cachorro para uma consulta e pegar uma segunda opinião.
A tal Dra. Ana, falou, falou e até que se demos por convencido que ela estava certa.
Demos o ok, operamos meu cachorro de um entropio superior, ONDE DE FATO NUNCA TEVE…
Procurei três oftalmologista especialista, e os três laudos consta que nunca ouve entropio superior, como a tal Dra, alegou !!!
Tentei contato por diversas vezes, tal Dra. Ana, simplesmente cagou para o ocorrido, e a vida dela continua sem se quer responder minhas mensagens, quando ligo recusa a ligação, ou seja ela se quer pensou no meu cachorro… Fora que ela mesma diz ter gravado tudo no ato da consulta, pedi as filmagens e até hoje estou aguardando!!!
Cuidado, muita lábia pra pouco PROFISSIONALISMO!!!
E o boletim e o processo está sendo providenciado!
I just went to take my dog for an appointment and get a second opinion.
That Dr. Ana talked and talked and until we were convinced that she was right.
We gave the ok, we operated my dog from a higher entropy, WHERE IN FACT IT NEVER HAD…
I looked for three specialist ophthalmologists, and the three reports say that there is never a higher entropy, as that Dr, claimed!!!
I tried to contact you several times, Dr. Ana, she just didn't give a damn about what happened, and her life continues without wanting to answer my messages, when I call she refuses the call, that is, she even thought about my dog... the filming and to this day I'm waiting!!!
Be careful, too much talk for little PROFESSIONALISM!!!

Simply the best pet shop I've ever taken my Luna to! We created traumas in the previous ones that were totally remedied in the first contact with the Novopet staff!!!
Wonderful service from everyone, and the groomer Celina is a love, it's visible that she does what she loves, works with professionalism, affection and lots of love!

I never trusted pet shop, but I confess that they won me over for the great service, education and love, very attentive and Dr. Excellent professional gave me all the attention and concern for my Sasuke, guided me and was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em atendimento com o veterinario Dr Renato no mês de Dezembro com meu cachorro e no retorno ele já estava curado graças a Deus e as mãos milagrosas do Dr. Foi uma recuperação super rápida e o atendimento de excelência, desde o primeiro momento até o término do tratamento, sempre entrando em contato e perguntando como meu cachorro estava( o que demonstra amor e respeito pela profissão e pelos animais).
Muito obrigado por existir profissionais assim no mundo...
I went to see the veterinarian Dr Renato in December with my dog and on my return he was already cured thanks to God and the miraculous hands of Dr. It was a super fast recovery and excellent service, from the first moment to the end of the treatment, always getting in touch and asking how my dog was (which shows love and respect for the profession and animals).

Principalmente o dr Renato que realizou uma tartarectomia no meu dog e deu todo suporte necessário, nos chamou de noite, explicou tudo direitinho.... muito atencioso!
Além de ter uma equipe muito competente para a realização do mesmo.
Pessoal da recepção em especial a Priscila, sempre dando todo suporte, liga quando estão chegando perto de casa, acompanha o banho, manda foto e nos tranquiliza quando necessário!
Já o pessoal do banho, sem palavras... suzy ama a celina
