★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorrinho pra tomar tosar e avisei q ele é idoso e tem problema na coluna. O banhista não teve cuidado com ele, zero carinho pra tratar o animalzinho, pega de qualquer jeito, e aparentemente deixou meu cachorro com shampoo, oq estava causando “caspas” e até feridas pq ele está coçando! Tive q levar no veterinário pq além desse problema, ele teve dor no corpinho! E levei em outro pet shop para remover essas caspas! É frustrante confiar nosso pet q é como um filho, em um local q na recepção passa muita credibilidade, mas na prática causa transtorno! A recepcionista é muito educada e atenciosa, mas infelizmente não basta somente ela nos dar um bom serviço!
I took my dog to be groomed and told him he is elderly and has a problem with his spine. The bather was not careful with him, zero affection to treat the little animal, he takes it anyway, and apparently left my dog with shampoo, which was causing "dandruff" and even wounds because he is scratching! I had to take him to the vet because in addition to this problem, he had pain in his body! And I took it to another pet shop to remove these dandruff! It is frustrating to trust our pet that is like a child, in a place that at the reception passes a lot of credibility, but in practice it causes inconvenience! The receptionist is very polite and attentive, but unfortunately it is not enough just to give us a good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o banho que fizeram no meu neném, spitz alemão, e no da minha mãe uma Ihaza que é mais velhinha tiveram todo cuidado, e ficou linda também!! Os demais serviços não conheço ainda, por isso dou 4 estrelas. Rugere, o gerente me atendeu super bem! Sucesso!!!
I loved the bath they did for my baby, a German spitz, and for my mother's, an Ihaza who is older, they were all taken care of, and it turned out beautiful too!! The other services I don't know yet, that's why I give 4 stars. Rugere, the manager took care of me very well! Success!!!
