★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, fui hoje as 15:00 hs levar meu pet para banho e tosa, cheguei no local, porem tive que voltar, pq já tinha encerrado atendimento. Sendo que liguei de manhã para o local onde fui informada que o atendimento é até as 18:00 hs. Mas não, não é até as 18, pois encerra as 18hs. Problema é: NÃO TEM UM TIPO DE COMUNICAÇÃO QUE INFORMA ISSO PARA OS CLIENTES. Resumindo, tive que voltar com meu pet, cheguei atrasada no meu trabalho... Fiquei extremante chateada com esse pet. Só nome, uma loja tão grande... PORÉM CONSTRANGEM CLIENTES !!!
 Good afternoon, I went today at 3:00 pm to take my pet for a bath and grooming, I arrived at the place, but I had to go back, because the service had already ended. Since I called in the morning to the place where I was informed that the service is until 18:00 pm. But no, it's not until 6pm as it closes at 6pm. Problem is: THERE IS NO TYPE OF COMMUNICATION THAT INFORMS THAT TO CUSTOMERS. In short, I had to return with my pet, I arrived late for my work... I was extremely upset with this pet. Just a name, such a big store... BUT THEY STRESS CUSTOMERS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendido. Os preços que pesquisei estavam mais baratos que na concorrência. A estrutura é ótima. Tem boa variedade de produtos e tem estacionamento na frente da loja. Por enquanto merece 5 estrelas. Vou continuar sendo cliente e vou observar se o padrão vai cair, já que é comum em Belém as empresas deixarem a qualidade do atendimento cair com o tempo. No mais, recomendo bastante a loja da independência!
I was always well taken care of. The prices I researched were cheaper than the competition. The structure is great. It has a good variety of products and has parking in front of the store. For now it deserves 5 stars. I will continue to be a customer and I will see if the standard will drop, since it is common in Belém for companies to let the quality of service drop over time. In addition, I highly recommend the independence store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito ser um dos maiores e melhores pet shop de Belém e região metropolitana. Ampla gama de produtos para seu cão, gato e até pra aquarismo. Possui farmácia para pets, e os preços são abaixo das lojas são abaixo da média do mercado. Recomendo a visita para compras ou simplesmente conhece a loja.
I believe it is one of the biggest and best pet shops in Belém and the metropolitan region. Wide range of products for your dog, cat and even for aquarism. It has a pharmacy for pets, and the prices are below the stores and are below the market average. I recommend visiting for shopping or simply visiting the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e o lugar são bons, mas a parte dos passarinhos é muito preocupante, eram vários, estavam muito aglomerados em gaiolas pequenas e pareciam estressados, fazendo muito barulho.. não acho que uma loja barulhenta e movimentada seja um ambiente apropriado para tantos animais viverem.
The service and the place are good, but the birds part is very worrying, there were several, they were very crowded in small cages and they seemed stressed, making a lot of noise.. I don't think a noisy and busy store is an appropriate environment for so many animals live in.

3 estrelas pq vende animais exóticos (porco da india)mas tem pouco produtos para o mesmo.
Beautiful place. Lots of variety for dogs, cats and fish.
3 stars because sells exotic animals (guinea pig) but has few products for it.
