As instalações são muito antigas. O lugar poderia passar por uma reforma para melhorar o ambiente.
I first used the bath service and grooming at this location. Reasonable price, very good service and attention from the staff.
The facilities are very old. The place could undergo a renovation to improve the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o meu cachorro Boby para banho + tosa e saí de lá com a orelha do meu cachorro cortada no canto. A atendente diz ter sido uma verruga que ela machucou sem querer, mas na verdade foi um descuido. Quando questionei pessoalmente, a mesma disse que não foi um corte, mas só o meu cachorro sabe a dor que ele sentiu na hora. E depois quando liguei para falar com a dona, a mesma disse que tem certeza de que a sua funcionária não cortou a orelha do meu cachorro e quando eu disse que queria o meu dinheiro de volta, a mesma disse para eu fazer o que eu quiser e me bloqueou no WhatsApp.
I took my dog Boby for a bath + grooming and left with my dog's ear cut off in the corner. The attendant says it was a mole she accidentally hurt, but it was actually an oversight. When I questioned myself, she said it wasn't a cut, but only my dog knows the pain he felt at the time. And then when I called to talk to the owner, she said she is sure her employee didn't cut my dog's ear and when I said I wanted my money back, she told me to do whatever I want. and blocked me on WhatsApp.
