★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante e revoltante. Hoje 24/01/2022 Levei meu Shih-tzu para tosar e dar banho e o bigode dele estava grande. Falei com a recepcionista e que também faz o banho e a tosa que o bigode era só para acertar embaixo e a cabeça podia deixar baixinho ainda mostrei com a mão o que era para ser feito. Cheguei para pegar meu pet quase tive um infarto. Bigode demora meses para cresce e ainda fala que eu que mandei fazer e que não dava para fazer do jeito que eu falei. Como assim?
Totalmente despreparada para atender o cliente sai de lá tão nervosa porque ela o tempo todo ficou colocando a culpa em mim. Banho e tosa tem a mania de achar que a tosa tem que ser feito do jeito padrão deles e não no gosto dos clientes.
Olha como estava e como ele ficou. Eu demorei meses para deixar crescer. Você acha que eu ia pedir para ela fazer isso? E ainda ganhou um caminho de rato tão rente a pele que machucou. Tem partes que nem tem pelo a pele dele está toda irritada por causa da máquina. Quase arrancou a pele do cachorro.

Disappointing and revolting. Today 01/24/2022 I took my Shih-tzu to shave and bath and his mustache was big. I spoke to the receptionist, who also does the bathing and grooming, that the mustache was just to hit the bottom and the head could be left softly, and I showed with my hand what was to be done. I arrived to pick up my pet, I almost had a heart attack. Mustache takes months to grow and still says that I had it done and that it couldn't be done the way I said. As well?
Totally unprepared to serve the customer, I leave there so nervous because she was always blaming me. Bath and tosa has a habit of thinking that the tosa has to be done in their standard way and not in the customer's taste.
Look how it was and how it turned out. It took me months to let it grow. Do you think I would ask her to do that? And even gained a mouse path so close to the skin that it hurt. There are parts that don't even have hair, his skin is all irritated from the machine. Nearly ripped the dog's skin off.
I'm angry....
