★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia levado meu gato em duas clínicas e uma amiga me recomendou levar nesta clínica veterinária e foi a melhor decisão que tomei, já estava desesperada pq meu gato não reagia e a Dra Solange foi certeira no diagnóstico e meu gato se recuperou totalmente.
I had already taken my cat to two clinics and a friend recommended taking me to this veterinary clinic and it was the best decision I made, I was already desperate because my cat did not react and Dr Solange was correct in the diagnosis and my cat recovered fully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei durante uma única semana nessa clínica, como Médica Veterinária, em 2019. Por ser recém formada e inexperiente, a Dra. Solange não me respeitou como sua colega de trabalho, gritava comigo e eu me sentia humilhada. Chegou a dizer que eu "nunca seria uma médica veterinária". Eu tinha 22 anos, e essa frase me deixou trancada durante um mês em meu quarto, em depressão por não me achar boa o suficiente. Deus me deu forças para seguir em frente, e hoje sou respeitada no meu local de trabalho, e salvo a vida de muitos bichinhos! As 5 estrelas são para os outros profissionais que trabalham na clínica, e aguentam as humilhações diárias.
I worked for a single week in this clinic, as a Veterinary Doctor, in 2019. Being a recent graduate and inexperienced, Dr. Solange did not respect me as her co-worker, she screamed at me and I felt humiliated. She even said that I would "never be a veterinarian". I was 22 years old, and that phrase left me locked up in my room for a month, depressed because I didn't think I was good enough. God gave me the strength to move forward, and today I am respected in my workplace, and I save the lives of many pets! The 5 stars are for the other professionals who work at the clinic, and they endure the daily humiliation.

Veterinary care provided by Dr Solange is spectacular. Serious and competent professional. Never a treatment done on my animals was done without being sure of the correct exams. I recommend it to friends and anyone who needs it without a shadow of a doubt.

A dra chegou parecia mae Dinah nem tocou no animal falou q erapq o animal tava obeso q podia ser coluna eu tenho hernia disco e eu como evacuo e urino. A dra me pediu 750 reais por exames de sangue e um rx depousq passei o cartao em 3x qdo entrei na sala de rx mesmo dizenfo q o cachorro nao estava urinanfo ela nao solicitou exame de urina na entrada ela falou alias td q ela fala ela nao tem certeza de nada td ela fala q ta pensando ai me pediu mais 250.00 pela urina 1 e cultura e antibiograma qdo fui passar os 250 ela fslou q so a vista nao dividia resumindo os 750 virou 1000 e o q poderia ser em 3 de 333.34 reais virou 500 em um mes. Clinica despreparada a dra nao passou sonda p tirar urina pegou uma seringa e retirou a urina atravez de uma puncao na barriga. Eu sou da area da saude td q eu comentava c ela q podia ser ela concirdava e dizia tar pensando. Nunca mas levo meu bichinho nesse lugar se eu tivesse visto esses comentarios antes nao teria ido sem falar q minha cachorra ficou la menos de 2 hs deu 1000 reais is exames procedimentos esrao carissimos sempre fiz na new vet antigo vet com e bem mais em conta. fiquem espertos A dra solange veio responder abaixo se justificar a linda foi p outra veterinaria pois apesar de gastar 1000 em menos de 2 hs nao soube dizer o q o cao tinha ja q nos exames nao deu nada. Procurem locais mais objetivos p seus animais.

The dr arrived seemed like mother Dinah didn't even touch the animal she said q erapq the animal was obese q could be spine i have herniated disc and i like evacuation and urination. The doctor asked me for 750 reais for blood tests and an rx after I passed the card in 3x when I entered the rx room even when I said that the dog was not urinating. sure nothing she says that she's thinking then she asked me for another 250.00 for urine 1 and culture and antibiogram when I went to spend the 250 she fslou that only the view didn't divide summarizing the 750 turned into 1000 and the q could be 3 of 333.34 reais it turned 500 one month. Unprepared clinic, the dr did not use a probe to take urine, took a syringe and removed the urine through a puncture in the belly. I'm from the area of health td I commented c she could be she concirdava and said tar thinking. Never but take my pet in this place if I had seen these comments before I would not have gone without mentioning my dog was there less than 2 hours gave 1000 reais I exams procedures are very expensive I always did in the new vet old vet with and much more affordable. be smart Dr. Solange came to answer below if she justified the pretty went to another veterinarian because despite spending 1000 in less than 2 hours she couldn't say what the dog had already q in the exams gave nothing. Look for more objective places for your animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a clínica quando mudei para o bairro há 6 anos. Minha sorte, sempre tive meus animais como filhos, e encontrei o lugar certo. Felizmente e infelizmente acredito que já usei quase todos os tipos de serviços que a clínica pode oferecer. Digo infelizmente porque meus velhinhos já se foram, antes disso passaram por vários tratamentos, todos eles feitos com competência e muito respeito. Hoje uso a creche, hotelzinho, banho e check up anual. Tabelas de preço existem para todos, equipe competente e uma Dra comprometida, séria e que tem tanto amor pelo que faz, é mais díficil. Acreditem, trabalho na área da sáude. Dra Solange e equipe estão sempre nas minhas orações e só tenho a dizer obrigada por tudo.
I got to know the clinic when I moved to the neighborhood 6 years ago. My luck, I always had my animals as children, and I found the right place. Fortunately and unfortunately I believe I've used almost every type of service the clinic can offer. I say unfortunately because my old people are gone, before that they went through several treatments, all of them done with competence and a lot of respect. Today I use the daycare, hotel, bath and annual check-up. Price lists exist for everyone, competent staff and a committed, serious Dr who has so much love for what she does, it's more difficult. Solange , que fez exames e o medicou. Hj ele está ótimo. Agradeço a clínica e a Dra. Solange pelo antendimento ??
