★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Agendou um banho e tosa para as 8:30da manhã e, ao chegar no local, estava fechado. Tentei contato pelo celular mas não atendeu. Tentei pelo Whatsapp e disse que estava chegando, mas as 8:55h desisti e fui embora. Outra cliente que estava em frente disse que não era a primeira vez que ele havia feito isto é também foi embora. Ao ser questionado pela falta de profissionalismo, o proprietário disse que era falta de compreensão da minha parte. Impressionante. Além de incompetente, não admite o erro. Perdeu um cliente novo.
Terrible attendance. He scheduled a bath and grooming for 8:30 in the morning and, when he got there, it was closed. I tried to contact by cell phone but did not answer. I tried by Whatsapp and said it was coming, but at 8: 55h I gave up and left. Another client who was in front said that it was not the first time he had done this it is also gone. When questioned by the lack of professionalism, the owner said it was a lack of understanding on my part. Impressive. In addition to being incompetent, he does not admit the error. Lost a new customer.
