★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu dog pra tomar banho e por conta que achei uma pulga nele mais cedo, não quiseram dar banho nele!como se ele estivesse infestado...sair dassa clínica e fui na Time animal e além de me tratarem bem, deram banho nele sem nenhum mimimi odiei não indico, além de q eu fui tratada mal

Liguei na quinta-feira 12/11/2020 agendando banho e tosa e avisei que iria levar meu pet para uma consulta no sábado 14/11/2020 pois, tinha aparecido um caroço no pesco. Informaram que a consulta era por ordem de chegada, cheguei no sábado às 8:15, havia apenas uma pet na frente, a clinica começou a ter movimento, chegando mais pet para consulta, aguardei por 1h até ser a vez do meu pet, para minha surpresa chegou um atendente e falou que não poderia ser atendido nesse dia por meu pet ser um idoso iria demandar uma atenção de mais de 1h e 30 min.
Se fosse caso de urgência será se iriam agir dessa mesma forma?
Fiquei extremamente chateado, sou cliente a mais 10 anos, infelizmente não volto mais.

I called on Thursday 12/11/2020 scheduling a bath and grooming and told him I would take my pet for a consultation on Saturday 11/14/2020 because there was a lump on my neck. They informed that the consultation was on a first-come, first-served basis, I arrived on Saturday at 8:15, there was only one pet in front, the clinic started to move, more pet arrived for consultation, I waited for 1 hour until it was my pet's turn, to to my surprise an attendant arrived and said that he could not be attended that day because my pet was an elderly person would demand more than 1 hour and 30 minutes of attention.
If it was an emergency, would they act in the same way?
I was extremely upset, I have been a customer for over 10 years, unfortunately I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mais de 4 anos levo meus dois cachorros lá. Tanto para consultas e tratamentos, quanto para banho e tosa. O atendimento é de excelente, o que me faz sair de Villas do Atlântico, percorrendo 13km, para ir. Recomendo.
For more than 4 years I have taken my two dogs there. Both for consultations and treatments, as for bathing and grooming. The service is excellent, which makes me leave Villas do Atlântico, traveling 13km, to go. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do amizade pet , porém ultimamente tenho sofrido bastante com banho e tosa … última vez que fui aí , informaram que iriam solucionar o problema, e hoje mais uma vez recebi uma ligação falando para remarcar o banho do meu pet sendo que foi marcado já tem uma semana. Dessa forma fica muito complicado , indicamos vocês a todos amigos e familiares mas dessa forma perderá muito cliente. Espero que solucione mais breve possível.
