★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorrinha todo sábado vai pra esse pet shop, minha mãe é quem a leva. Ela já é conhecida até mesmo pelo nome diferente que tem. Eu SEMPRE dei banho nela e ela nunca teve problema com coceiras no ouvido , (o que pode ser ortite pq ainda levarei no veterinário) , mas após ficar indo semanalmente a este pet shop, ela adquiriu um inchaço nas orelhas e acorda cedinho com uma coceira insuportável. Fora as vezes que ela vem mal escovada , já veio até com carrapato,e eu não sei até onde o que eles fizeram que um dia desses ela veio mancando. O lugar é agradável e bem avaliado aqui. Mas ESSA foi a minha experiência com a minha pet .
My little dog every Saturday goes to this pet shop, my mother is the one who takes her. It is already known even by its different name. I ALWAYS bathed her and she never had a problem with itchy ears (which may be orthitis because I will still take her to the vet), but after going weekly to this pet shop, she got a swelling in her ears and wakes up early with an itch unbearable. Apart from the times that it comes badly brushed, it even came with a tick, and I don't know how far they did that one day she came limping. The place is pleasant and well rated here. But THAT was my experience with my pet.

I called the vet to find out if they had available times and prices, but the phone is just busy! How can I communicate! Put other forms of communication option like whatssap! It is stressful to be calling all the time and not being able to be answered!
