 Great clinic that has in Villas ... â â â â â Gostei muito da ClĂnica, do atendimento, dos profissionais. Ă perceptĂvel o amor deles pelos animais, da veterinĂĄria a recepcionista.
Fiquei mais tranquila ao internar minha gata, sei que ela estĂĄ sendo bem cuidada.
I really liked the Clinic, the service, the professionals. Their love for animals is noticeable, from the veterinarian to the receptionist.
I was more relaxed when interning my cat, I know she is being well taken care of.

â â â â â Levei meu cĂŁo numa emergĂŞncia. Ana Beatriz o atendeu, muito atenciosa. PorĂŠm, o que me deixou intrigada foi primeiramente o orçamento. Ela passou um orçamento alto e eu sai cortando (tipo exame de sangue e tals). Ai ela falou : sem os exames, dĂĄ 270. Ok. Quando eu fui pagar estava 314. E ela nao me passou o bordero com os servicos e com os valores explicitados. Outra questao foi que eu comprei um remedio, uma caixa. E a veterinĂĄria abriu a caixa, me deu 3 comprimidos e ficou com o resto pra ela. Nao entendo como uma consult emergencial de 150 reais vira 314 do nada, quando ela administrou 2 medicamentoso. Eu recomendo muita atenção sobre isso, porque a impressĂŁo que dĂĄ ĂŠ que o local que ter um tecket mĂŠdio de 300. Ah! E a veterinĂĄria insistiu para wue eu deixasse o cachorro la internado.... entĂŁo, fica a dica. Importante ressaltar que nĂŁo estou colocando a competĂŞncia da veterinĂĄria em cheque, mas sim a conduta quanto a questĂŁo comercial, ja que nem nota fiscal me deram.

I do not understand how an emergency consultation of 150 reais turns 314 out of nowhere, when she administered 2 medications. I recommend a lot of attention on this, because the impression it gives is that the place has an average tecket of 300. Ah! And the vet insisted that I leave the dog in the hospital ... so, here's the tip. It is important to note that I am not putting the competence of the veterinarian in check, but rather the conduct regarding the commercial issue, since I was not even given an invoice.

â â â â â Atendimento muito bom, tive uma emergĂŞncia minha cachorra Lua atacou um porco espinho e tive que ira no veterinĂĄrio prĂłximo a 2330.
Fui atendido rapidamente e lua ja esta melhorando agora e dar os remÊdios e aguardar a recuperação.
O preço e alto mas não sei se Ê por causa do horårio.
Very good service, I had an emergency my dog ââMoon attacked a porcupine and had to go to the vet near 2330.
I was answered quickly and moon is already improving now and give the medicines and wait for recovery.
The price is high but I don't know if it's because of the time.
