★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A placa de horário de funcionamento indica que abre às 8:00, de segunda a sexta. Cheguei às 6:00, não tinha nenhum funcionário. Quando retornei ao meu carro (às 7:15), existia um cupom preso pelo lado de fora do vidro indicando entrada 6:34. Fui cobrada pelo estacionamento. Perguntei que horas abria e responderam 6:00. Quando perguntei por que não tinha ninguém às 6:00, responderam que às vezes a pessoa atrasa. O funcionário recolheu o meu cupom, junto do pagamento e não emitiu ou entregou cupom fiscal. Fui cobrada em R$4,00 (após 50% de desconto pela "parceria" com a academia) pelos supostos 41 minutos de estacionamento. Surreal.
The hours of operation sign indicates that it opens at 8:00 am, Monday through Friday. I arrived at 6:00, there was no employee. When I returned to my car (at 7:15 am), there was a coupon attached to the outside of the glass indicating entry 6:34. I was charged for parking. I asked what time it was open and they answered 6:00. When I asked why there was no one at 6:00, they replied that sometimes the person is late. The employee collected my coupon from the payment and did not issue or deliver the tax coupon. I was charged at R $ 4.00 (after 50% discount for the "partnership" with the gym) for the supposed 41 minutes of parking. Surreal.
