★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo aqui minha indignação contra este estabelecimento. Deixei minha gatinha de 3 meses para banho solicitando que cortassem a pontinha das unhas. Quando fui buscá-la ninguém me falou e nem percebi que machucaram a patinha na hora do corte da unha. Percebi que estava com sangue quando cheguei em casa. Liguei neste local para falar do acontecido e fui tratada pela proprietária de forma extremamente grosseira. Argumentei que eles deveriam ter mais cuidado e que com certeza não voltaria ali e a "dona" falou que não depende de mim para manter seu estabelecimento. Aviso a quem levar seu pet para tomar banho que fique alerta e de preferência que acompanhe procedimento para que esse tipo de acidente não ocorra . Aliás nem levem. Não recomendo jamais. Falta de cuidado, de profissionalismo e extrema grosseria dessa senhora. Infelizmente na hora do stress não perguntei o nome dela. Se ela a cada argumentação do cliente relatando um problema ocorrido ,falar que não depende do cliente para sobreviver logo fechará as portas.
I leave here my indignation against this establishment. I left my 3-month-old kitten for a bath and asked them to cut the nail tip. When I went to pick it up nobody told me and I didn't even realize that they hurt their paws when they cut their nails. I realized I was bloody when I got home. I called this place to talk about it and was treated by the owner very rudely. I argued that they should be more careful and would certainly not return there and the "owner" said that it is not up to me to maintain their establishment. Warning to those who take your pet to take a bath to be alert and preferably to follow the procedure so that this type of accident does not occur. By the way don't even take it. I never recommend it. This lady's lack of care, professionalism and extreme rudeness. Unfortunately at the time of stress I didn't ask her name. If she with every customer argument reporting a problem has occurred, saying that she does not depend on the customer to survive will soon close down.

O casal são super esforçados e são uns amores! A moça (não lembro o nome dela) tem muito amor e carinho pelo o que faz, da para perceber de longe!
Minha cachorrinha foi muito bem cuidada. Ela fez banho e tosa e de longe foi uma das melhores!
Enfim, muito amor e muito cuidado, super recomendo!!
I didn't schedule with a pet shop for the end of the year and at the last minute I ended up finding petflora and I was very well received!
The couple are super hardworking and they are sweet! The girl (I don't remember her name) has a lot of love and affection for what she does, you can see from afar!
My dog was very well taken care of. She bathed and groomed and was by far one of the best!
Anyway, lots of love and care, I highly recommend it!!
