★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, entrega rápida e o atendimento do entregador ótimo, algumas coisas com preços acessíveis e outras com preços caríssimos, deveriam estabelecer que uma compra feita acima de 100 reais o cliente ganhar um brinde da loja, e acima de um determinado valor a entrega sair grátis! Não é desvantagem pra loja se a pet mania faz, imagino que não é desvantagem pra nem um, assim estimula o cliente a voltar e ficar fixo, alem do bom atendimento? enfim bom atendimento...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja não honra os compromissos combinados: Primeiro, foi combinado que mandariam pelos Correios a peitoral Uni, a peitoral não chegou (mandaram outra coisa no lugar). Depois, foi combinado que fariam o depósito para resolver o problema causado pelo erro da loja, não fizeram o depósito também. Que experiência horrível! Eu não pedi nenhum favor para ninguém, eu paguei. Se não estavam interessados na venda e nos processos que envolvem uma venda online, bastava informar que vendiam apenas presencialmente. Caso a peitoral realmente estivesse disponível na loja, eu ficaria triste por não conseguir o produto desejado, mas não passaria pelo estresse de ficar tentando resolver os problemas e ser tratada como trouxa. A loja consegue se superar no quesito falta de profissionalismo e falta de comprometimento com o cliente. Venderam e entregaram produtos errados, mas sequer enviaram a nota fiscal. De acordo com a Lei Federal nº 8.846, de 24 de janeiro de 1994, todo consumidor tem direito a receber Nota Fiscal e nenhum estabelecimento, por qualquer motivo, deve omiti-la. O não fornecimento da Nota Fiscal, configura-se como crime tributário e violação do Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Há muito tempo não me deparava com uma postura tão ruim no comércio!
Edit: Depois de um bom tempo, a loja entrou em contato comigo e ofereceu uma forma de resolver o problema. Já tinha deixado para lá e não tinha mais esperanças de resolver o problema. Por isso, foi uma grata surpresa quando tudo foi resolvido rapidamente em questão de poucas horas.

If the breastplate was really available at the store, I would be sad for not getting the desired product, but I would not go through the stress of trying to solve problems and being treated like a muggle. The store manages to overcome itself in terms of lack of professionalism and lack of commitment to the customer. They sold and delivered the wrong products, but they didn't even send the invoice. According to Federal Law 8,846, of January 24, 1994, every consumer is entitled to receive an Invoice and no establishment, for any reason, should omit it. Failure to provide the invoice is a tax crime and violation of the Consumer Protection Code. I haven't had such a bad posture in commerce in a long time!
Edit: After a long time, the store got in touch with me and offered a way to solve the problem. I had already let it go and had no more hopes of solving the problem. So it was a pleasant surprise when everything was resolved quickly in a matter of a few hours.
