Thank God we met Thais, it was our best vacation!! We managed to enjoy it, without worrying about our girls... she took great care of us, always very solicitous and kind, she did everything she could to make the environment comfortable for them and to reassure us every day. For sure our next trips will be much smoother from now on! I recommend it with your eyes closed!

Vinha em nossa casa todos os dias, limpava a área dele, dava comida, água, brincava, fazia vídeos e chamada de vídeo para matarmos a saudade. A partir de agora é a Pet Sitter oficial do Luke. Ainda fez um mimo que amamos, imã de geladeira com a foto do nosso baby. Já faz parte da família ❤
Thais is a professional with a huge heart. He took very good care of our kitten. He came to our house every day, cleaned his area, gave him food, water, played, made videos and video call to kill the longing. From now on you are Luke's official pet sitter. Procurei a Thaís, para cuidar do meu Pet, durante 4 dias, pois não gostei da experiência do hotelzinho, e estou surpresa por tanto cuidado, ela me mandou fotos, e vídeos o tempo todo, me mantendo informada de como estava meu pequeno, deixou minha casa e as coisinhas dele super organizada, e manteve a rotina dele exatamente como é, eu amei, super recomendo, e sem dúvidas, não troco o Pet House por nenhum outro lugar, a melhor da região, indico de olhos fechados.

I looked for Thais, to take care of my Pet, for 4 days, because I didn't like the experience of the little hotel, and I'm surprised by so much care, she sent me photos and videos all the time, keeping me informed of how my little one was, my house and his little things super organized, and he kept his routine exactly as it is, I loved it, I highly recommend it, and without a doubt, I wouldn't change the Pet House for any other place, the best in the region, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Toda a experiência do primeiro contato a despedida foi maravilhosa, ultrapassando qualquer expectativa. Constantemente mandando vídeos, fotos, dando carinho é ótimo. Para quem pensa em pagar um hotel para o pet, adianto que não vale a pena pela diferença de preço e qualidade da prestação de serviço. E para quem acredita que o comentário pode ser fake, ao fim da prestação de serviço, é quando é passado o link para dar o feedback em público.
