★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os Boxs são excelentes, o único problema foi entregarem o tamanho errado dos brinquedos, minhas dogs são médias/grandes e vieram brinquedos pequenos, então elas destruíram facilmente. Fora isso não tenho o que reclamar, elas amam os petiscos orgânicos super naturais.
Já fiz uma reclamação quanto o tamanho do brinquedo e espero que os próximos cheguem certo. No
Boxes are excellent, the only problem was delivering the wrong size of toys, my dogs are medium / large and small toys came, so they easily destroyed. Other than that I have nothing to complain about, they love the super natural organic snacks.

Tenho 3 assinaturas e sempre falta entrega de alguma delas.
Tenho animais de porte grande e quando eu recebo as caixas (lembrando que nunca são as 3), sempre mandam brinquedos de tamanho/porte errado. O brinquedo adicional também nunca vem.
Ligo pra reclamar, dizem que vão resolver e todo mês é a mesma coisa: pedido faltando, brinquedos errados ou cobrança indevida no cartão (já me cobraram CINCO assinaturas em um único mês).
Espero que para fazer o cancelamentos não tenha novos problemas.
Verdadeira decepção!
Terrible experience!
I have 3 signatures and one of them is always missing.
I have large animals and when I receive the boxes (remembering that there are never the 3), they always send toys of the wrong size/size. The additional toy never comes either.
I call to complain, they say they'll solve it and every month it's the same thing: missing orders, wrong toys or undue charge on the card (I've already been charged FIVE subscriptions in a single month).
I hope that to make the cancellations there will be no new problems.
Real disappointment!

Não é possível cancelar assinaturas automaticamente (vc solicita o cancelamento e depende a aprovação manual)
O resgate de senhas está quebrado no site. Funciona apenas no aplicativo.

Tento ligar no número e só chama até cair, um total desrespeito.
Já solicitei o Cancelamento do pagamento a minha operadora do Cartão e também não foi efetuado.
Se enviarem o BOX novamente vou recusar o recebimento.
Aguardo um retorno URGENTE
I applied for Cancellation in January and so far I have not received a return on the cancellation request.
I try to call the number and it just calls until it drops, a total disrespect.
I have already requested the Cancellation of the payment to my card operator and it was not carried out either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinei a Box Petiko Gatos, porque eles falavam que a box seria personalizada para o seu animal.
Conforme fui recebendo os kits fui avaliando os produtos e informando o que meu gato não gostava, e mesmo assim continuam enviando os mesmos produtos, o que pra mim é desperdício, pois ele não come.
E como assinei o plano anual, vou ter que ficar recebendo um box que não é personalizado, e com produtos que meu gato não come.

O primeiro box, desencontro na entrega; segundo box, a Petiko não faz um controle de pedidos em atraso, vão dizer que a responsabilidade é da Mandaê, que vai dizer que é a transportadora que eles contratam. Nessa, meu box era pra ter sido entregue tem 5 dias, e a Petiko não sabe porque do atraso. Sorte que AllPets tá vindo aí com box também.
It sells a very good proposal, but the execution is very bad. The first box, mismatch in delivery; second box, Petiko does not control overdue orders, they will say that Mandaê is responsible, who will say that it is the carrier they hire. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre falo que melhor que uma empresa que não apresenta problemas é uma que quando apresenta resolve prontamente. Essa foi minha experiência de 1 ano com a Petiko. Excelente atendimento e o suporte sempre respondendo prontamente e resolvendo da melhor forma. Foram poucos os problemas que tive nesse 1 ano, mas todos resolvidos com muita eficiência. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei a assinar. Somente cancelei a assinatura pq essa foi a ideia desde o início, fazer o plano anual e ficar 1 ano sem. Até pq os brinquedos são ótimos e minha cachorra não tem costume de destruir, então com certeza terá brinquedos pelo próximo ano.
I always say that better than a company that doesn't have problems is one that, when presented, solves it promptly. That was my 1 year experience with Petiko. Excellent service and support always responding promptly and solving in the best way. There were few problems I had in that 1 year, but they were all solved very efficiently. I highly recommend and I will definitely subscribe again. I just canceled the subscription because that was the idea from the beginning, make the annual plan and go 1 year without. Even because the toys are great and my dog is not used to destroying, so for sure she will have toys for the next year.
