★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente familiar e agradável. Só não gostei do hambúrguer. Não é que seja ruim, mas quando leio na porta "Hambúrguer Artesanal", por experiência em ótimas hamburguerias eu tenho algumas expectativas.
- Achei o ponto da carne muito, muito passado. Estava me dando agonia o tempo que a carne ficou sendo torturada e apertada na chapa. Que fique registrado: não perguntei o ponto da carne ao fazer o pedido, pois gosto de experimentar o "ponto da casa" primeiro.
- A carne parece que recebeu muito tempero, ficou com gosto de bolinho de carne. Geralmente num hambúrguer artesanal vai só sal e pimenta do reino, com raras exceções. Mas enfim, cada lanchonete faz do jeito que quiser, só não me agradou.
Fica a crítica construtiva aos donos da casa. Não é minha intenção denegrir o local, pois como eu disse, tem um ótimo ambiente e tudo pra melhorar, se quiser mudar o patamar de "comum" para "especial".
Family friendly atmosphere. I just did not like the hamburger. Not that it's bad, but when I read the "Artisan Hamburger" door, by experience in great hamburgers I have some expectations.
"I found the point of the flesh very, very past. I was agonizing the time the meat was being tortured and tightened on the plate. Keep it in check: I did not ask the meat point when ordering, because I like to try the "point of the house" first.
"The meat looks like it was seasoned, it tasted like a meatball." Usually in a handmade hamburger goes only salt and black pepper, with rare exceptions. But anyway, every diner does the way you want, just did not please me.
There is constructive criticism of the owners of the house. It is not my intention to denigrate the place, because as I said, it has a great atmosphere and everything to improve if you want to change the level from "ordinary" to "special".
