I ordered on time, they didn't deliver or call me to give me satisfaction, just a message on the portal about delay and I didn't receive the products. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet completa, tem todo tipo de produto que você precise para o seu animalzinho. Encontrei aqui o melhor transporte para avião (já tinha procurado por vários pets e cidades diferentes). Mas o principal que encontramos na PETLAND é calor humano, excelente atendimento com simpatia, gentileza e atenção. A Bianca foi incrível! E não posso esquecer do calor canino: o BOLT está sempre ali para recepcionar e pedir um carinho. Fofo demais!???
Pet complete, has every kind of product you need for your pet. I found here the best transportation by plane (I had already searched for several different pets and cities). But the main thing we find at PETLAND is warmth, excellent service with friendliness, kindness and attention. Bianca was amazing! And I can't forget the canine heat: BOLT is always there to greet and ask for affection. Too cute! ???
