★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, funcionários perdidos, gerente mal educado, levei minha cachorra pra tomar banho quando fui buscar, ela estava com a língua roxa fiquei 40 minutos para a veterinária ver oq estava acontecendo, resumindo quase mataram meio cachorro, não recomendo. Descasso total !!!
 Terrible service, lost employees, rude manager, I took my dog to take a shower when I went to get her, she had purple tongue I stayed 40 minutes for the veterinarian to see what was going on, in short, they almost killed half a dog, I don't recommend it. Total neglect!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma experiência ruim, deu tudo errado, tosa higiênica mal feita, espera total de quase duas horas ( sendo que estava pronto, eu na recepção e esqueceram de avisar). Cobrar barato e oferecer esse serviço, melhor não. Pessoal educado sim, isso é legal, mas é básico.
It was a bad experience, everything went wrong, poorly done hygienic grooming, total wait of almost two hours (since it was ready, I was at the reception and they forgot to notify me). Charging cheap and offering this service, better not. Polite staff yes, that's cool, but it's basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com o banho da minha cachorrinha. Resolveram soprar vento nos pelos tosados de outros cachorros que passaram anteriormente. Foi tudo em cima da cachorra que acabara de tomar banho. Disseram que é normal. Não para mim.
Bad experience with my dog's bath. They decided to blow the wind through the shorn fur of other dogs that had passed before. It was all on top of the dog who had just showered. They said it's normal. Not for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores experiências, que eu e minha esposa tivemos com a minha filha "peluda", ela ficou mais de uma hora na gaiola, não conseguiram identificar a raça da Zoe (uma YorkShire de 7 anos de raça pura com pedigree), ela tem problemas de pele, eles não quiseram pegar o projeto, Fomos em outra pet e conseguimos uma agenda e ela no final saiu hidratada, e limpa. Eu não recomento, um dos piores atendimentos que recebemos nos últimos 7 anos da Zoe, NÃO RECOMENDO !!!! (Foto da Zoe após sair de outra PetShop no boqueirão, após ter sido rejeitada por esta loja da PetLant).
One of the worst experiences my wife and I have had with my "furry" daughter, she spent more than an hour in the cage, they couldn't identify Zoe's breed (7 year old purebred YorkShire with pedigree), she has skin problems, they didn't want to take on the project. We went to another pet and got a schedule and in the end she came out hydrated, and clean. I don't recommend it, one of the worst calls we've received in the last 7 years from Zoe, DON'T RECOMMEND!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja dia dia 12/04 com minha pinscher para castração e fui muito bem atendida tanto no pré operatório quanto no pós operatório, minha pequena está se recuperando super bem.
Gostaria de agradecer a todos profissionais e em especial a Dra. Vitoria que é muito atenciosa, profissional e carinhosa tanto com os pets quanto com os donos dos pets e com certeza voltarei sempre que preciso pois agora o cuidado da minha pequena será com vocês.
I was at the store on the 12/04th with my pinscher for castration and I was very well attended both pre-op and post-op, my little one is recovering very well.
I would like to thank all professionals and especially Dr. Vitoria who is very attentive, professional and affectionate with both pets and pet owners and I will definitely come back whenever I need to because now the care of my little one will be with you.
