★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meus cachorros para banho e um deles voltou machucado e já aconteceu isso 2 vezes! Meu cachorro super dócil e toda vez que volta de lá fica bravo! Já falei com a dona e ela é super mal educada e parece que está fazendo um favor pra você, disse que o veterinário iria para avaliar e não apareceu, um descaso!! Nunca mais levei lá, recomendo fazerem o mesmo!
 I took my dogs for a bath and one of them came back injured and this has happened twice! My dog is super docile and every time he comes back he gets mad! I've already talked to the owner and she is super rude and seems to be doing you a favor, she said that the vet would come to evaluate and she didn't show up, a negligence!! I never took it there again, I recommend doing the same!

Ponto positivo: funcionários todos de máscara.
Employees lax, talk too much and don't pay much attention. Little variety of cat sachets. Of the Petland units it is the weakest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tive a pior experiência da minha vida com a tosa da minha cachorra. Pedi para aparar na tesoura as pontas do cabelo dela e a PETLAND PONTA DA PRAIA , RASPOU o cabelo da minha cachorrinha. Eu estou muito revoltada com o DESPREPARO desse estabelecimento. Entrei em contato com a dona, cujo sua primeira preocupação foi “quem passou o número de telefone dela pra mim..”
Há um mês, paguei pela tosa e eles rasparam o pelo do corpo na pele. Minha cachorra ficou 3 semanas amoada, com medo.
Vocês deveriam fechar as portas!
Uma VERGONHA
Today I had the worst experience of my life with my dog's grooming. I asked to trim the ends of her hair with scissors and PETLAND PONTA DA PRAIA SHAVED my dog's hair. I am very disgusted with the UNPREPARATION of this establishment. I contacted the owner, whose first concern was “who gave me her phone number..”
A month ago I paid for the shave and they shaved the body hair to the skin. My dog was 3 weeks in love, scared.
You should close the doors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adoroo essa Petland, comprei minha bebê com eles, passei na vet deles, e fui muito bem atendida todas as vezes q precisei, tenho outros cachorros tbm e sempre que os levo, é o mesmo tratamento, simpatia e excelência é o forte deles.
Quanto a gerente, me deu muita atenção e foi bem paciente cmg quanto a escolha da minha bebê pet, os donos Sr. Marcelino e Bruna do mesmo jeito, ainda me facilitaram na compra.
Enfim, infelizmente não dá para agradar à todos, mas falando por mim e pela minha família "que tbm frequentam a loja" não temos do que reclamar.
I love this Petland, I bought my baby from them, I went to their vet, and I was very well attended every time I needed it, I have other dogs too and whenever I take them, it's the same treatment, friendliness and excellence is their strong point.
As for the manager, she gave me a lot of attention and was very patient with me when choosing my pet baby, the owners Mr. Marcelino and Bruna, in the same way, made it easier for me to buy.
