★ ★ ★ ★ ★ marcamos pelo telefone uma tosa e banho,quando chegamos logo eles pegaram minha cachorrinha,decidimos comer enquanto ela estava lá,1 hora e meia depois voltamos lá pra buscar e uns 5 minutos depois chamaram a gente dizendo que o moço que estava tosando tinha cortado a perninha dela,paguei 84 reais pra receber minha cachorrinha machucada,ela é uma Poodle média-pequena e velinha,de fato cortar muito o pelo é perigoso mas ninguém disse nada quando pedimos,o homem que cortou ficou mal e pediu desculpas inúmeras vezes,eles fizeram os pontos dela no próprio veterinário,acidentes acontecem mas não recomendo e tenho que alertar aos donos de outros cachorros para que não sofram,inaceitável
 we made an appointment on the phone for a grooming and a bath, when we arrived they soon took my dog, we decided to eat while she was there, 1 hour and a half later we went back there to get it and about 5 minutes later they called us saying that the boy who was shearing had cut the her little leg, I paid 84 reais to receive my injured puppy, she is a medium-small Poodle and a candle, in fact cutting her fur a lot is dangerous but no one said anything when we asked, the man who cut it was bad and apologized countless times, they they did her stitches at the vet, accidents happen but I don't recommend it and I have to warn the owners of other dogs so they don't suffer, unacceptable
