★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitamos e disseram que o veterinário atendia em domicílio, no dia que precisamos ligamos três vezes durante o dia e nada de agendar a visita. A atendente anotou nosso telefone e até hoje não retornaram. Como percebem nas respostas aos clientes eles ainda alegam que os clientes mentem, nunca estão errados.
 We visited and said that the veterinarian attended at home, on the day we need to call three times during the day and no schedule to visit. The attendant took our phone and they still haven't returned. As they see in their responses to customers, they still claim that customers lie, they are never wrong.

Ela era a única e foi informado q já iria entrar.... são 11:33 e ainda n saiu.... com certeza como já estava pago foram deixando pra depois, sem falar q disseram q foi uma gentileza fazer corte de tesoura (65 reais) o q apenas foi citado como favor nesse horário q viemos nos queixar após várias ligações.... atendimento até pagar e receber o animal bom.... após sairmos e cobramos a responsabilidade com horário e questionar pq n não havia nenhum outro animal qdo chegamos e tendo a informação da própria atendente q iria entrar naquele momento..... qual a mudança na prioridade????? n tragam!!!!! Falta de respeito com o cliente,falta de respeito com os animais!!!!! (04/01/2020), deixando a data pra n ter dúvidas do dia e horário!!!!!
I left my 4-legged daughter at 8:15 am today, already leaving PAID! She was the only one and was informed that she was going to come in .... it's 11:33 and she still hasn't left .... for sure, as she was already paid, they left it for later, not to mention that they said it was nice to cut scissors (65 reais) q was just quoted as a favor at that time q we came to complain after several calls .... service until you paid and received the good animal .... after we left and we charged the responsibility with time and question why there was none another animal when we arrived and having the information from the attendant q would enter that moment ..... what is the change in priority ????? n bring !!!!! Lack of respect for the customer, lack of respect for the animals !!!!! (04/01/2020), leaving the date to have no doubts about the day and time !!!!!

a single complaint, I couldn’t see my dog taking a shower, I really didn’t like it, but apart from that it’s a very important detail nothing against the location it was super smelling

levei lá nesse Pet Mania, logo que cheguei já reclamaram dizendo que ela"morde" o que é um absurdo por que que eu saiba todos os cachorros estão propensos a morder e ficar stressados principalmente em um lugar novo, por mais manso que seja seu pet e inclusive todos os Pet shops que eu levei não tiveram nenhum problema com isso.
Foram 5 pessoas para segurar uma poodle pequena e ainda maltratando ela quanto eu como cliente cachorrinha.
(pois ficou super estressada com a situação.)
Eu já tava super chateada com essa situação e para deixar bem claro que eu pedi ao moço e a recepcionista que era para deixar o topete o rabinho e as orelhas, como sempre faço em outros pet shops e nunca tive problemas.
Quanto voltei agora a minha cachorrinha estava TODA raspada e triste, chorei demais e ainda por cima eles ainda me culparam com a desculpa de que eu não disse NADA.
Eles sempre alegam que o clientes mentem desejo que todas as pessoas que conheceram este local,não levem seus bichinhos lá, para não sofrerem maus tratos,eu e minha mãe passamos mal com o que fizeram. A todos ,repito não levem seus animais neste local as pessoas que dão banho e tosam não sabem nem pegar nos bichinhos.Decepção total e vc ainda ter que pagar pela quedor de cabeça que fizeram, a cachorra esta com o corpo cheio de buraco, ratado fora a tristeza que está.
Não sou a primeira pessoa a reclamar sobre isso várias outras também reclamaram com experiências horríveis como essa.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!
I took it there in this Pet Mania, as soon as I arrived they complained saying that it "bites" which is absurd because as far as I know all dogs are prone to bite and get stressed especially in a new place, no matter how tame your pet is and even all the pet shops I took it to had no problem with it.
It took 5 people to hold a small poodle and still mistreating her as I do as a puppy customer.
(because she was super stressed about the situation.)
I was already super upset about this situation and to make it clear that I asked the guy and the receptionist to leave the tuft, tail and ears, as I always do in other pet stores and I never had any problems.
When I came back now my dog was ALL shaved and sad, I cried a lot and on top of that they still blamed me with the excuse that I didn't say ANYTHING.
They always claim that the customers lie, I wish that all the people who knew this place, don't take their pets there, so they don't suffer mistreatment, my mother and I felt bad with what they did. To all, I repeat, do not take your animals in this place, people who bathe and groom don't even know how to handle the animals. Total disappointment and you still have to pay for the headache they did, the dog has a full body of holes, rattled outside the sadness that is.
I'm not the first person to complain about this several others have also complained about horrible experiences like this.
