Me alugaram um imóvel cheio de problemas, depois cancelaram o contrato, fiquei com um enorme prejuízo e até hoje não me devolveram o dinheiro que paguei do Seguro incêndio.
Worst real estate I've ever owned.
They rented me a house full of problems, then they canceled the contract, I got a huge loss and to this day they did not give me back the money I paid for the fire insurance.

Um corretor marcou de me mostrar uma casa, ficou colocando empecilhos pelo telefone para me fazer desistir da visita e ainda por cima, não compareceu no horário marcado. Ao ligar para questionar se ele comparecia, me falou que estava no mercado e não poderia ir. Um absurdo. Total falta de respeito. Não estava pedindo um favor, tinha intenção de alugar o imóvel.
Terrible attendance. A broker arranged to show me a house, kept putting obstacles on the phone to make me give up the visit and, moreover, did not show up at the scheduled time. Calling to ask if he came, he told me he was in the market and couldn't go. Nonsense. Total lack of respect. I wasn't asking for a favor, I meant to rent the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido. Aluguei um imóvel, quando na entrega devolvi como peguei. Acompnhei a vistoria na entrada e saida. E assim não tive problema.
I was well attended. I rented a property, when on delivery I returned as I got it. I followed the inspection at the entrance and exit. And so I had no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura do escritório da imobiliária é impecável. Pena que o atendimento ao inquilino diante das necessidades deixam muito a desejar. Muita demora em responder emails e dar uma solução prática aos entraves que os mesmos não possuem o comportamento de averiguar. Alugam imóveis, ao menos os que eu vi, sem o detalhar informações a quem vai alugar. Deplorável. Ao menos foi a impressão que tive.
The structure of the real estate office is impeccable. Too bad that the service to the tenant in the face of needs leaves a lot to be desired. It takes a lot of time to respond to emails and provide a practical solution to the obstacles that they do not have the behavior of investigating. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais alugo casa ou indico a ninguém, atendimento péssimo. Para entregar a casa é uma burocracia sem tamanho sem contar que eles.querem uma casa nova. Pede milhares de.coisas para serem feitas que quando te entrega não é feita nem a metade.
I never rent a house again, or I'll tell anyone, poor service. To deliver the house is a sizeable bureaucracy not to mention that they want a new home. It asks for thousands of things to be done that when it is delivered to you is not even half done.
