★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excederam o prazo de entrega, na data da instalação não vieram no horário combinado, liguei para me informar, disseram que ainda estavam trabalhando na peça que ainda não estava pronta. Quando chegaram para instalar, uma das peças não estava como combinado, fui muito mal atendida pela proprietária que ao invés de se desculpar, foi grosseira e aumentou o tom de voz.
Infelizmente não tem compromisso e nem respeito pelo cliente.
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!
They exceeded the delivery time, on the date of installation they did not come at the agreed time, I called to inform myself, they said they were still working on the part that was not yet ready. When they arrived to install, one of the parts was not as agreed, I was very poorly attended by the owner who, instead of apologizing, was rude and raised her voice.
Unfortunately there is no commitment or respect for the customer.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para colocar granito para colocar o novo fogão embutido e fizeram um remendo muito mal feito. Marquei para consertar, não vieram, remarquei para próxima semana e também não apareceram.
I asked to put granite to put the new built-in stove and they made a very bad patch. I scheduled to fix it, they didn't come, I rescheduled for next week and they didn't show up either.
