Sei que a Petromax é loja de ótimo nível e grande profissionalismo. Este funcionário é que precisa se reciclar e melhorar seu atendimento.
I called asking about the product (sealing rubber for Italian coffee maker). They replied that they had it, when I got there they told me they didn't have it. The salesperson who answered the phone didn't even care stayed on the phone talking. I solved my problem in the neighboring store.
I know that Petromax is a store of great level and great professionalism. It is this employee who needs to retrain himself and improve his service.
