★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tentei por um mês, fechar com eles e não consegui, ligava pra pedir um orçamento, me deixavam na ligação por 30 minutos e não resolviam.
Poor service. I tried for a month, close with them and could not, I called to ask for a budget, they left me on the call for 30 minutes and they did not solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barulhenta demais, não cumpre horários de jornada estipulados pelo orgão regulador. Durante todo o dia a buzina dos caminhões infernizam a vizinhança. Sem contar quando resolvem trabalhar de madrugada... uma tremenda falta de respeito.
Too noisy, it does not comply with working hours stipulated by the regulatory body. Throughout the day, the horn of the trucks makes the neighborhood hell. Not to mention when they decide to work at dawn ... a tremendous lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combinei o concreto para chegar entre 9h e 10h é às 11h falei com o vendedor que nem a bomba nem o concreto havia chegado e ele informou que já estava chegando. Porém às 12h30 não tinha chegado e não conseguia mais falar com o vendedor.. Ao ligar para Petromix a funcionária Isabel atendeu e disse que o pessoal estava almoçando e que a bomba e o concreto iria às 13h perguntei porque não cumpriram o horário e não souberam responder. Minha equipe na obra ficou estas horas todas paradas esperando chegar. É lógico que não chegou as 13h !!! Lamentávellllllll
I arranged the concrete to arrive between 9am and 10am and at 11am I told the salesman that neither the pump nor the concrete had arrived and he informed that it was already arriving. But at 12:30 had not arrived and could not talk to the seller .. When calling Petromix the employee Isabel answered and said that the staff was having lunch and that the pump and concrete would go at 13h asked why they did not meet the time and did not know reply. My team on site has been standing all these hours waiting to arrive. Of course it did not arrive at 13h !!! Pitifullllllll

Agendei o concreto para dia 26/11/2020 e disse que se houvesse uma possibilidade de antecipar a concretagem, que perfeito. dia 24/11 o vendedor me ligou dizendo que conseguiu uma brecha e me perguntando se eu queria fazer a antecipação para esse dia. Quase uma semana depois e minha laje esta sem nenhum defeito. Recomendo para todos!
Great service, attentive, excellent quality product. I scheduled the concrete for 11/26/2020 and said that if there was a possibility to anticipate the concreting, how perfect. on 11/24 the seller called me saying he got a break and asking me if i wanted to anticipate that day. Almost a week later and my slab is without any defects. I recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato com o vendedor que após várias tentativas consegui um orçamento, onde foi combinado com a empresa de entrega dia 06/08, prazo cumprido. Porém dia 21/08 contactei o vendedor pois a laje está com vazamento, onde não obtive resposta. Dia 24/08 fiz novamente contato com o vendedor onde o mesmo disse que me enviaria um produto para impermeabilização da laje. Até hoje dia 01/09 estou no aguardo deste produto.

But on 21/08 I contacted the seller because the slab is leaking, where I got no response. On 08/24, I contacted the seller again, where he said he would send me a product for waterproofing the slab. Until today 09/01 I am waiting for this product.
